Equipment Rental
When the equipment I requested was not immediately available because it was out on another job, they offered a similar piece that was available. Good communications throughout the rental process. Plan to use them again in the future.

They are super slow to respond and need to send many emails to return the device. Unfortunately, I was charged a 10% restocking fee and additional shipping costs that were not disclosed at the time of purchase.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, Saeed. We’re sorry for the delay you experienced when reaching out. We did have a temporary backlog in our email queue at that time. Once your request reached our returns team, they were able to process your return and send the required instructions. Regarding the restocking fee and shipping costs, these are noted in our online FAQ for non-stock items, but we appreciate the opportunity to clarify this further with you. As soon as the item is received at our warehouse, your refund will be issued. If you have any questions or need additional assistance, we’re here to help.
