I am writing this review to warn the trading community about my current situation with Global Forex Funds. I submitted a payout request on August 28, 2026 (Account ID: 900909502786).
In the past, my payout requests were denied because my account was not flat. This time, I strictly followed all the rules: my account is 100% flat, with absolutely no open positions or pending orders. I have clear screenshots proving my compliance.
Despite having met all the criteria, it has been well over the standard processing time, and I am still waiting. I have sent multiple emails to their support team simply asking for an update, but they are completely ignoring me (ghosting). My trading activity is frozen, and my funds are stuck.
If the company values its reputation and processes my payout, I will gladly update this review. Until then, I cannot recommend this prop firm to anyone. Be very careful.

I am a funded trader 200k have now been forced to accept a lower settlement, been locked out of my platform for a week, ignored across 5 emails, and had my account silently wiped. This review is the exact, documented record of my experience. I am posting this to warn every single potential client. !!!

THE COMPLETE TIMELINE OF EVENTS:

1. THE $53,000 PROFIT (August 21st)
I was trapped in a $53,000 winning Gold position due to a platform glitch on GFF's end. Instead of honoring the trade, GFF’s Head of Risk “Josh” forced me to accept a 2k, $5k, $10k, $15k) and was told if I didn’t pick one, my account would be reset to $0. I accepted $15,000 under duress. This is a forced settlement due to their own technical failure.

2. THE WEEK-LONG PLATFORM OUTAGE & IGNORED EXTENSION (August 21st - 28th)
My MT5 terminal was completely inaccessible for 7 days due to their "server migration." I emailed support on August 24th requesting a payout window extension to compensate for this forced outage. I never received a reply. This outage cost me an entire trading week, directly impacting my ability to reach the 14 trading day requirement.

3. THE RETROACTIVE AUDIT & $6,900 PAYOUT REJECTION (September 5th)
When I finally requested a $6,900 payout, I received an audit rejection citing:

· 1% Risk Rule Breach: (Which was never clearly communicated to me).
· Sub-3-Minute Trading: (A rule I was never informed of prior to trading).
· 84% Gold Concentration: (Trading a single asset too much).

Crucially, their own audit by “Goldie” admitted to an "adjusted Request" of $4,791.44. They calculated this exact figure themselves after subtracting their "sub-3-minute" profits. This admission proves a significant portion of my trading activity was profitable and valid. They then applied a 20% threshold and denied the entire request.

4. THE SILENT ACCOUNT RESET (September 8th)
Following the rejection, I sent 5 professional, documented emails requesting a goodwill credit of $4,791.44 based on their own audit numbers. I referenced the week-long outage and the ignored extension request. Every single email was ignored.
Instead of responding, this morning I have a woken today 08 spetember 2026 to find they silently reset my account from $207,000 back to $200,000, wiping every cent of my legitimate profit without even the courtesy of a reply.

THE PATTERN IS CLEAR:
When my profits get high enough to cost them money, they enforce hidden rules, use their own technical failures as leverage, and then go completely silent. They protect their liquidity providers, not their traders.

I have moved my entire volume to a competitor , where I have a 100% win rate, a 90% split, and on-demand payouts.

I am seeking:

1. A formal response regarding this timeline.
2. The $4,791.44 (their own admitted valid profit). That I’m entitled too.
3. Or a $5,000 settlement for the forced settlement, the week-long outage, and the emotional distress caused by their negligence.

If this matter is not resolved within 7 days, I will be escalating to the Financial Ombudsman Service and initiating a chargeback on my original fee.

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS FIRM. They will steal your time, your profits, and your peace of mind.

I have all proof and screenshots evidence of all my trades journaled day to day.

Finally to all traders out there please do not let let this company discourage you, there are plenty of trustworthy providers.. let this be a lesson.

I successfully completed all of the initial challenges set by the company and subsequently submitted a withdrawal request. This request was rejected promptly, with additional challenges being imposed. After meeting all of these further requirements, I submitted a second withdrawal request over a month ago.

Since then, I have sent several follow-up emails requesting an update on the status of my withdrawal; however, I have received no response. The lack of communication and apparent unwillingness to address my request is extremely concerning and has left me questioning the legitimacy of the process.

At this stage, it appears that every requirement has been met, yet the withdrawal remains outstanding with no explanation provided. Unless this matter is resolved and payment is received promptly, I will have no option but to escalate my concerns to the relevant authorities and regulatory bodies. Based on my experience so far, I would also advise others to exercise caution and thoroughly research the company before committing their time or money.

One of the worst propfirm ever please don’t buy account from Global Forex Funds it’s a scam I reached for payout 4 times they ignored my emails… ghosted me several times.. they just want to take ur money and don’t pay you… no 1 scammers cheap service they are shit never buy even if its offer. Had an account that was going well with. Then they migrated back to MT5 from TradeLocker. They sent out an email saying they would migrate my account if I emailed them. I have emailed them probably 25 times asking for help and to migrate my account, only to be ghosted 25 times. Not sure if it’s because I am USA based or what. 2 months later, nothing has changed. I can see them saying I haven’t traded in x amount of days and I breached their guidelines and take the account away. They used to have tech support on Discord but now is only email based. Completely disappointed!

Had several withdrawal requests and sent follow up emails due to them not responding.

Purchased 2 different types of funded accounts, the first one I have requested a payout a month ago and they have not responded and ignored all my follow up emails. (Clearly not wanting to pay out for this)

The other account I have I followed their rules and requested a payout to which I received an email with further rules I need to follow before I can request another payout, non of these rules were outlined on their website at all. Unfortunately broke the total loss for one day by £1 and instantly stopped my account.

Avoid this platform, willing to take your money but not payout when requested after not breaking any rules and earning them a good percentage of what they would take out of the withdrawal request.

Started off pretty decent for a while. I had accounts with them for about a year. In March, I could access my account due to a password error because of them moving to a new dashboard. I was worried about my account getting breached for inactivity while I couldn't access it, and they reset the inactivity on March 12th. I still didn't get access until March 16th.

I tried logging in on April 13th and couldn't. I contacted support on Discord and they told me to email them. Email support said my account had been breached for inactivity. Normally, you'd get an automated email about that but I received none. I even messaged back saying I received no email and that I didn't get my account back until March 16th and it hadn't even been 31 days. I sent 2 emails and a discord message and received no reply as if I'm no longer valuable to them and didn't spend thousands of dollars with them over the past year.

Pay attention, don´t loose your money here. they making excuses for to payout. Very very very bad sevice

Avoid this firm. What started as a legitimate firm with good potential, unfortunately has followed the route of many other firms. Don’t waste your time or money with GFF. Payouts denied, constant “maintenance” during times where the markets are moving the most, payouts denied due to hidden rules, always changing brokers, I’ve lost money in the process of this too. Always using unregulated brokers. Slow / non existent customer service, when they do reply they are rude and unprofessional. They’ve sold themselves out it seems. The list goes on. According to .gov this firm was dissolved in 2023 which says enough. Disappointing. Spend that little bit extra and use a reputable firm.

I am sharing my experience so other traders can make an informed decision . If i can give 0 stars i’ll . Very big RED FLAGS so read everything if you care about your time and effort you’re putting in passing the evacuations and request a withdrawal.

I requested a withdrawal of $4,794.13 (90% profit split = $4,314.71 due to me) almost 20 days ago. According to their stated policy, withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days.

What actually happened:

I received one email confirmation that the withdrawal was submitted.
After several days with no payment, I contacted support.
I received one reply saying: “Your withdrawal is under review, wait for the answer.”
Since that message (now almost 14 days ago), there has been complete silence.

I have:

Sent multiple emails
Opened several support tickets on Discord
Called their listed phone number
Messaged them on WhatsApp
No response.

They read my Discord messages but do not reply. On WhatsApp, I was blocked. On Discord, I was temporarily blocked multiple times (24 hours or several hours) from writing again after asking about my withdrawal.
This is not the behavior of a professional financial company.

Beyond the payout issue, there were constant operational problems while trading:

Frequent broker changes
Periods where trading was unavailable for up to two weeks
Missing trades
Support not responding to technical issues
They also closed their general Discord chat because the majority of traders were complaining about delayed or denied payouts. Many traders were asking for updates and not receiving answers. Instead of addressing concerns transparently, the discussion channel was shut down.
They are also not regulated and have the company registered on Cyprus and there is no legal action you can do !

At this moment:

It has been almost 20 days since my withdrawal request.
It has been almost 14 days since they told me it was “under review.”
They continue to ignore all communication.
The promised 1–3 business day payout timeline is clearly not accurate in my case.

I have full documentation:

Screenshots of the withdrawal request
Proof that all trading rules were respected
Screen recordings of unanswered support messages
Evidence of being blocked on communication channels
I am still waiting for payment or even a professional explanation.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this firm to anyone who values transparency, communication, and reliable payouts. This has been the most unprofessional and stressful experience I have had with any prop firm. Don’t trust them if you care about your time and effort you’re putting in passing the evacuation and also the money for buying an account with them . You will end up like me and also many more traders that put a lot of time and effort in passing the evaluation and request a withdrawal and after having stress and not getting the payout. This is a pure scam , a serious prop firm will never ignore you and will keep you updated on everything.
+ They have 43% 1 star review all for the same reasons like mine . And the are not even bothered about responding or try to fix even one of the issues .

Trade carefully.

2 months no payout. 20k+ profit and they will say and do anything not to pay. Stay away.... Red flags everywhere

10 FEB: today I received my new credentials for login into my 2 accounts. And I renewed my payout request... Keep you guys updated... This looks promising.

18 FEB: once again im being ignored... Giving hope and that's it.

Global Forex Funds is a scam.

I purchased a $100,000 account, traded for over one month, and made more than $4,000 profit while following all their rules.

When I requested a payout, they ignored my emails for an entire month despite me chasing them many times. Then suddenly, after one month, they replied saying they can’t proceed with the payout and made up rules that were never relevant to my trading.

Nothing was breached. I followed their rules exactly. They just refused to pay.

They are very responsive when taking your money, but when it’s time to pay traders, they delay, invent excuses, and disappear.

This firm should not be trusted.
Avoid at all costs.

As of writing this I have been waiting 2 weeks since I first requested a payout. Emailed support numerous times and the only response is the same copy pasted "our team is working on it" with no timeframe.

Don't waste your time with this firm they are not legit.

**UPDATE**

It's been about a month and they have stopped responding to any queries about payouts. Stay away from this firm they are not legit. Plenty of others out there that cost the same price that actually do pay their customers.

After ignoring my payout request for 2 months they randomly denied it. The original rule was 4 trades minimum, suddenly they increased it to 30 without telling anyone or updating their payout rules.

Scam prop firm with hidden rules. Avoid any clown promoting this.

TOTALLY SCAM.

I trade with them for around of 100 days, in the beginning i lost 1k, after i recovery with 4k profit and request a withdraw, only 2.9k was eligible and has been days and my withdraw request is still waiting.

They not pay when you made a withdraw request.

This firm has cheating standards with traders as their Dashboard shows wrong statistics to make trader wrong trading decisions.

In my case, per day highest profit to maintain 25% consistency was showing as $5050 as per which I became eligible for payout after 58 trading days but Payout department bought forward hidden rule saying “grouping” of trades makes my per day highest profit as $21k, hence, now they are asking me to trade until my profit becomes $84k. But nowhere in Dashboard it is mentioning this kind of $21k profit per day. This clearly means Dashboard is a delusional and keeps trader under wrong information for long. Cyprus securities commission needs to look into.

Legally insane.

Never trust this firm. Their intentions are notoriously malafied. They have no intention to process payout but they are defining new rules after signing the agreement with an aim to deny payout.

Payout is taking too long.
I requested a payment on November 25, 2025, and it has not yet been received. The company claims it is under audit and is not giving me any feedback on the payment. I have my doubts about whether I will actually receive it.

Very easy to set up but there is no payout , Set up like this will drain you mentally and frustrate you . The only one that won't is PAY MINE that tells you about all the required information and rules upfront .
