Global Expansion Omdömen 

I like the helpful attitude from my representative, Noel. However, this is my first time experiencing being hired through a third party who then has to hire me through a 4th party. The lack of information, clarity and overall experience from Global Expansion (this seems to be very new for you guys, too) leaves me, as the employee, floating in the air, not understanding how things will work in case of anything. In paper, it might work, but it is very convoluted, complicated, and strange, how I have a local employer, that is hired by global expansion, who was hired by Habitat to manage my employment process and day to day. Asking the simplest of questions will take ages to get resolved because now there are so many people involved. Either I belong to Habitat, and their rules apply, or not. It is a worrisome situation.

Still satisfied to this moment.

It was difficult to arrange the terms of the contract and I was working for close to 20 days without a contract.

Communication is either extremely laggy or non-existent.
I've received couple of emails from a person that presents themselves as my coordinator but is not listed as such on the GX1 platform.

The onboarding seamless and efficient. Every aspect of the process was handled with professionalism, and I felt valued as early as the onboarding started.

I recently had the pleasure of using GX1 and I can confidently say it exceeded all my expectations.

I did not know that my employment will be under Procloz in Singapore. I thought you have a registered office in Sg.

Onboarding: items discussed were lacking (though Jasmine did well). Items like Benefits, Home office set up, Life and Hospitalization insurance were not discussed.

Repetition of information already submitted: i submitted my personal information as required but then Procloz asked me to fill up a template requiring same info I already submitted

Really supportive and helpful when needed.

It was a short time working with GX but the experience was a good one, very useful induction and very easy and fast contact when needed.
