I ordered some beers through GlobalBrands on Amazon, but unfortunately the first delivery was stolen and the second was damaged in transit. Despite these setbacks, the customer service was outstanding. Joanna in particular was incredibly helpful, responding quickly and handling the situation with no fuss. She promptly arranged replacements and ensured the order arrived safely in the end. Excellent service that really turned things around. I won’t hesitate to buy from them again.

Was given a 10 can box of pre-mixed cocktails. Picture on packaging shows 5 flavours, 2 of each in the pack. Don't be fooled as in the tiniest of print, it states that the contents may not match the picture. Sure enough, my pack didn't have any of my favourite flavours. Wrote to Global brands, no kind gestures of goodwill, just an apology telling me the packs don't necessarily contain what you think. Why bother to buy any of these if you can't have your favourites? Terrible company.

Bei GlobalBrandsOutlet Uhr bestellt, sofort mit Kreditkarte bezahlt, nach fast 4 Monaten keine Ware erhalten, Reklamationen wurden anfangs beantwortet und die Ware zugesagt, nichts passiert, Zahlungsrückforderung wurde nicht mehr beantwortet. Der Link zur Webseite zeigt nichts an.
Bin wohl einem Betrug aufgesessen

Fantastic service. Ordered 24 bottles of a new Hoopers drink I couldn't get elsewhere. Given the current Covid19 pandemic they delivered quickly, free postage and when royal mail had a delay they kept me informed every step of the way. Lovely staff. Will definitely use again.
