Global Boutique Omdömen

Camilla was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly when I enquired about the Hermes bags. I felt that my custom was welcomed and that she preempted my needs. She is a good ambassador for the company. Well done!

Excellent customer experience with a young lady called Drew Doyle. 8 have never received such excellent service, excellent product knowledge, caring, professional and very attentive. There's no doubt I will be back soon and hoping to be served by Drew.

First visit by accident at this store. Must say I had a great time. Wonderful service, extremely helpful and accommodating. Will be returning for sure.

The team at Global Boutique is very professional and knowledgeable. It is a true pleasure to buy and sell with them. I had a great experience. Best choice of watches I have seen in London.

I visited Global Boutique in August 2022 and loved the selection of rare and unique watches they had. I was introduced to Emma who talked me through all my options with great knowledge and insight. I’ll definitely be back to make a purchase soon.

Flawless all around experience on a luxury watch purchase ! All were very knowledgeable and helpful, I would highly recommend a visit to Global Boutique

I would like to say the team
At Global Boutique were exceptional. Andrea and Ramon were very helpful and made the purchase of the watch an enjoyable experience. Highly recommend and will use again most definitely

Purchased my patek from Global last month. Excellent service from start to finish from Josh and Andrea at their great new boutique in London. I have purchased a few watches from various dealers before but I would definitely say this has to be one of the best experiences I have had. Will definitely be returning in the future for my next watch.

We recently purchased a watch from the new mayfair boutique Global Boutique. The experience from start to finish was amazing, the service and response time was great both online but also in person (we were assisted by Emma who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable). They have a fantastic variety of watches that are hard to get (many rolexes) at very reasonable prices and excellent condition. Highly recommended.

Great experience from start to finish. The watch that I wanted (Rolex Submariner starbucks) had just been sold by Josh but he went about sourcing me a new one. Josh found me a watch on the same day and I picked it up 3 or 4 days later. Josh was very professional and personable and I wouldn't hesitate in using him again.

What a great shopping experience with global watches, josh was very efficient in finding the watch that I wanted and it met my expectations and more. From start to finish I found josh very professional and very friendly, some places were rather stand offish but not here, communication was also excellent never kept waiting to here the good news that he found just what I wanted. Truly a pleasure to do business and will have no hesitation in returning to buy something else or to recommend this store. Thank you Josh.

My second transaction with Global, this time selling a watch to them. Service was exceptional again and special thanks to Josh for all his help in making the process quick and pain free. Would recommend Global without hesitation, watch dealers as good as this are a rarity in the watch market.

I bought a yacht master recently, they beat any price I could find, the shop was easily accessible with nearby parking, great customer service, will be back again!!

This was my most daunting purchase, as I was buying a watch which has been a lifetime dream and beyond my normal budget status. Ramon and the team from Global Watches made it simple, easy and instilled confidence in the transaction - considering I never met him, visited the store or even saw the watch in person - how crazy! I was advised by an old friend to trust them and sure enough it exceeded expectations. Ramon cares about every little detail and is an example to all dealers - do not hesitate!

Thanks Ramon - hugely appreciated!!!!
Dream has come true :-)

Dealt with Ramon. Very helpful and professional would not hesitate to use again and recommend to anybody. Thanks again Ramon.

Always a pleasure dealing with Ramon and the team. Transparent, efficient and without any ego. I truly don’t enjoy buying on the market from anyone else. Thanks again guys.

Once again dealt with Ramon and is staff great service and very professional service as always. A big thanks c u soon. 👍

Excellent service and very easy to deal with. It's hard to find companies with integrity and this is one you can trust. Highly recommend them.

Just wanted to give a little more feedback, after buying my beautiful Rolex sea dweller last week. I had to go back to have a link taken out.yet again the team there were happy to help and very professional. Great after sales service 100% the place to go to !!
