Why are you emailing me the link to IBV when I didn’t apply, you are sending me emails everyday. Stop sending me emails to apply when I haven’t applied and requesting my bank info. I’ve emailed you numerous times remove my emails and I just emailed u again at 6:51pm today

This loan company is THE WORST loan company to do business with.
When I signed up I provided them with my pay dates (bi-weekly) but they keep going on the wrong dates to collect their money. Every time it didn't go through I go NSF.
A true nightmare.
Although eventually the payment did go through they keep harassing me with calls and text messages.
I sent a screenshot as proof of payment and asked them to stop the harassment.
I have one LAST payment and cannot wait to finally be done with them.
I strongly advise you not to sign up with Global500. If you do it would be at you own risks.

Withdrawals were just words until 𝘾𝙡ott𝙚𝙧’w𝙖𝙫𝙚𝙨 helped recover my funds.

Do not deal with them. They are extremely rude and use aggressive language. They lie a lot and will use sneaky tactics to rip you off. trust me, stay away.

I applied for loan with this company. I was approved signed the contract there was a block on me that was removed sent them a ton of emails and never got a new contract sent or even a reply to any emails they are terrible.

I wish i could give zero stars this company is quick to give you a loan but when i fell into financial hardship and wasnt able tobmake my payments they said i was a liar and didnt want to pay them back which is not the case at all rhe are very rude and call non stop ans then when i was able to pay it off in full they refused to send the payout statement i requeated from them so i could do that and told me they needed me to make a payment first you would think they would be happy to get the loan paid out in full do not borrow money from them or their sister companies diamond loans or capital loans they are the same way

I contacted someone from this company this morning. I feel open communication is very important. I asked to defer the next 2 payments as I am experiencing a financial hardship and family matters. After filling out the IBV I was told I’m a liar and I have so much money. I then proceeded to tell them they looked at family members accounts and the one that ends in the bank account number, the one where the funds had been taken from is my account. Whoever was on the other end of the email still called me a liar and the most weirdest person I have ever if this is how this company deals with a customer it is very disheartening. I’ll asked for was to defer and I received nothing but slander.

Extremely Extremely rude employees work here. This is a business and that's how the workers act. I will never use them again. I am also getting the ombudsman after this joint . This should not be allowed. Put this place on the news? YUP. They have a block on me also, they don't understand that life gets really ha d sometimes and you need to do a bankruptcy. It seems there workers are like 12-16 years old. Very ignorant

Stay away from them. Had a very bumpy ride with them. Got contract. Then: You're approved, no you are not, you're blocked with somebody, unblock first, unblocked? yes!, we don't know now, maybe try to apply again, we decided not to proceed, rejected! Try different guys, so
1. Even if you are rejected, it is 1 hour not 1 week,
2. If you get a contract, you get money

Not good customer service refuse to work with you on any matter especially when its your fault have for a contact info for owner 4 times in one day and so far have refused

I think these people are scamming people. I only missed one payment and they are threatened me too! Very rude and not professional at all! Their number and address is not listed as well! Be careful people!

Most unprofessional company I've ever encountered. They threaten you and don't believe in customer service at all. unbelievably rude. Take out payments on wrong dates, charge NSF fees and then threaten you with collections.
Wouldn't recommend them to anyone. BEWARE!

I faced a payment issue, and I contacted Global500 via email, as they don't provide any contact number. However, they didn't respond to my email, and I assumed that the issue was resolved. But this morning, my friend informed me that they contacted Global500, stating that they needed to reach out to me. This unprofessional conduct is unacceptable, and I strongly recommend staying away from this predatory lender.
