I have similar issues per most users feedback posted about global1exchnge. Put money in , put more in to receive this bonus, only to "loose it", directed to recovery, required to put more money in to trade."
Doing ok, but now website removed !!! No one replying on email. It appears the company website no longer exists !!!

I invested with the smooth talker Adam Young, several times assured me that I was only risking the amount being traded and that I would get huge returns. Once I got a payment of $7000. Invested $20,000 in March had $68000 sitting in my account and then overnight lost $65000!!!! Adam promised me it would be sorted and a recovery team would contact me.....well one phone call and that was the end of any contact.

I saw an ad on social media and joined up, then got the phone call to deposit an initial $250USD. Someone called David Berman called the next day and spent the best part of 3 hours trying to get me to deposit $10,000 for some 'special event' the following week, making big promises about great returns. Told me he was a cryptocurrency specialist, that my money was safe, I could take it any time, that limits would be in place to minimise loss and that he would help me to make lots of money - all of which turned out to be lies. Thankfully my bank has good security and rejected attempts to deposit the $10,000. Subsequent phone calls were all about getting more money, even trying to bargain about me putting in so much and he would match it. I stupidly agreed to another $1000 Aus, but ended up being $1000USD. Three weeks in and still not trading and i was getting more and more uncomfortable with the whole thing with lots of red flags indicating its a scam, plus the bullying nature of the calls and the inappropriate comments ( telling me i needed a man to make my decisions and needed to be shaken when i was hesitant in depositing more money! ). Tried to get my money out but couldn't. When he rang, told David I wanted my money, he told me to make a trade and i could take out $2000USD 2 days later. Traded as he told me and within 5 hours, his advise wiped 95% of my account. I know nothing about trading so had no idea how to stop this and relied entirely on what he told me. Then he offers me a $1500 'loan' to trade with and get my money back - but it requires you to make a 1000% profit or you are liable for fees. Given his trading advise cost me 95% of my money, was not taking this chance. And once he knew i was not going to fall for any more of his lies or risk losing any more money, there was no more communication. And, as well as losing $1900 AUS, i have been getting scam calls from other companies ( sometimes 3 a day ) for the past few weeks. If you value your money, avoid this company as you wont see your money again. Total scam.

I've been trading with this company for a long time and i wanted to write an honest review of my experience as it has been similar to most of the people here and my account manager had a bad review put on him. i've been investing for most of my life and have lost money in the 2008 crisis and even had my bitcoin wallet 'phished'. the one thing i learned from all this is to try and always secure your initial investment and thats something that my account manager has also said several times. he has always pushed me to invest more and asked for more money but i haven't blindely followed everything and rather invested in safer commodities (from past experience). although my performance has not beaten his its still my stratefy. when i had losses i w as asked to invest more as that was the only way for me to actually make money back.. its not for many people and you need to really know that you can lose all your money, investing is risky and seeing people lose a lot of money is hard especially as i know what it is like.. i think a lot of investors are fools and when its going good they are happy but when its going bad they cannot accept a loss and can blame everyone besides themselves. lets say simply , if you had opened a contract on gold a year ago with leverage you would be a millionare by now, there are basic trends that people are not following.but most people aren't patient and they haven't . anyways just stay smart and do your research on the market and good luck!

I have been working with Adam Young for just over 6 months. So far so good, can’t complain. He is very professional and the profits have been coming in on the first of every month like clockwork.

Since August 2019 I have lost almost £80000 through this company. I made an initial deposit of around £30k. They said they would give me a bonus of £40k if I deposited another 20k so I did, I got the bonus and things went well for a while. They will ALWAYS spin it to sound as if things are OK and if a trade goes the wrong way and you lose your money they will just say YOU NEED TO PUT IN MORE MONEY.
I was naive and a fool to fall for their lies and deception, they are either pure evil or just REALLY crap at trading. You cannot call them, you can only email, they call you when they want, if they want, even if you make an appointment half the time they will not call you. I still have no idea where their offices are.
I have been through hell for the last 3 months due to the constant building up of hopes and then it all crashing down. When I was especially vulnerable I took out a loan to try and rescue some of the money back, this was again traded recklessly by them and it was all lost.
They then put me into the 'Recovery Department' which virtually guarantees your money back IF you put MORE MONEY IN. I was in such a bad place I took another 7000 loan to try and get back some of what they had taken from me. They lost this as well.
I am now suffering a severe mental breakdown after all that has happened and have started therapy with a counselor, I am very lucky my family hasn't left me and that I never got so deep as to put my home at risk.
There is a lot of money to be made on the markets if you can predict which way the will go, Global1exchange has proven to me time and time again that they do not have the skill or good judgement to do this, and they DO NOT CARE if you lose all of your money or your mind.
I have 2 other friends who have lost a serious amount of money through this 'company'.
I made a lot of mistakes and a lot of my friends advised me against it, I didn't listen to them and I have to live with what has happened for the rest of my life.
The traders I dealt with were Jennifer Morgan, Daniel Martin and David Berman. The first person I spoke to was Ryan Holding.

Beware.

They helped me made some 1500 USS profit but due to another trading company whose representative lied to me and made my money freeze I needed to withdraw everything from global1exchange to cover my expenses. My original 2500 USD came back in a couple of days but the profit they did not send because my account manager call to convince me to stay and invest the profit in order not to cancel my account. I stayed but the result unfortunately was 400 USD loss from that 1500. Then I decided to withdraw the rest 1100 USD but I´ve could not get it as fast then the original investment and my previously so kind and helpful account manager told me he cannot work with me in the future if I will withdraw the money because he said i'm closing the account. After waiting almost 4 days for the money I contacted them on a Wednesday and asked where is the money. They said they have 7 work days to approve requests so the money should be here by Friday if everything is okay (which is, there was no bonus involved).

The money did not arrive so I contacted them on Monday. They then told me that the financial department needs a way to send me back money as my original investment was made by credit card! So now I waited one and a half weeks for no reason. Now I provided them with what they asked and they sent me a confirmation.

The pros that they at least transferred back my original investment and that they answer on the chat and email every time.

After 2 months of trading and profits alone I managed to lose most of my money more than $40,000!!!! can someone explain to me how this is possible? I followed all the directions that I was given and using a signal service that has been good so far, they just told me after my loss that the market went against me - that I chose to trade with a higher leverage than should have been used and that I didn't use stop loss or take profit and that it is my fault that I didn't close the trade on time?!!!!!!!!!!!!! No I am being offered to recover my funds, i know I was instructed several times about stop loss but how can it be that I lost like this?? I will now seek their help to recover my funds but I still don't understand how this is possible..???

I have been using Global1Exchange.com now for about a year, I've made a lot of money using this platform, never once have I had a problem.If you've had an accound closed or frozen then maybe you've broken the rules, probably without realising, it's no game and you really need to know what your doing before playing the market.

I have dealt with many companies in all sorts of industries over many years and I can honestly say the service I get from my account manager, Sophocolees Loubarcus is right up there with the best

5 star for my account manager for his professional manner of dealing with my questions was very polite and respectful to me easy to talk to

I signed up to trade last week and was not happy at all with what happened as it was confusing and I was asked to invest more so I took out all my money!!

I started trading in 2017, but I stepped away from it for almost a year, life happened. Being a new trader your all over the place so I had a couple of different brokers. I'm extremely big on Customer Service and Global1exchange have the best by far, I mean I've gotten into some heated verbal exchanges w/ other companies. Also global did not touch my accts not like the has been with another company who took all the money out of my acct. Thanks. global1 your Awesome to me.

I can say that the same thing happened to me similar to what happened with some others here.. I came through an advertising showing how much money I could make so I deccided to look into it more because i thought hey, what did I have to lose.. I spoke with someoen and I begin my try with a couple hundred dollar and after a day or so |I was pressured or 'encouraged' to put in some more money. I did this and ontinuing on I had some kind of rollerccoaster as it really is my seccond time doing trades or stocks or anything like that after a week or so already i invested $30,000 and am trading daily always with an 'opportunity' for more. So i requested to withdraw my investment beccause i thought its to make my money safe and trade with profit in the account. My acocunt manger Joakim was against this and wanted I stay with the funds and to keep trading because we had a lot of money in the accccount. I told him still i want the money back and and he try to convince me no, but actually I received all my investment through bank transfer! I think people just writing stupid and dont understand what they do so they angry and maybe they have bad luck.

It looks like a good website until you want to withdraw your money and need the customer support for help. I waited for 7 days to get my money back, but to deposit took me one minute....

So I found a consistent pattern in oil and managed to make quite a bit of money in the last 2 weeks of November. Well come Friday,; I get on the platform and my account is back at with what I originally had. They basically erased all the trades I had made with oil and took all the profit as well. So they leave me with an email basically saying that my trades were executed at “ incorrect nonmarket prices” because one of their liquidity providers was "sending a bad price feed through their system" and that’s why they canceled them, supposedly. I'm talking to the dealing department to get back my profit and they just keep saying the same thing. Has this happened to anyone ?

if they had the Metatrader 4 platform I wouldn't bother much with other trading sites. Their platform is very good don't get me wrong I just prefer the MT4 platform; I give them a 4 star not because they don't deserve a 5 star is for the lack of MT4 other than that kudos to you Global.

I really don't understand why so hateful. I see reviews complaining about things caused by their deep inexperience, the same complaints about things written clearly in the broker's contract. As far as I'm concerned, the broker is one of the best I've tried. I've never had big problems or received damages, and even open tickets (on unnecessary things caused by my inexperience and misunderstanding) have been worked on. The social trading function is very important and innovative because it allows you to see and understand what other investors do in the world. You can exchange opinions, articles, intentions, ask for help ... you are not alone but you have continuous support due to the network of people you create. As for the withdrawals on the large amounts take very little, on small sums like $ 200 employ more. The fact of receiving payment elsewhere is due to a specific clause of the contract that explicitly states that the payment will be received on the last account or card with which you made the deposit ... that's why if you make the last deposit with the credit card then the withdrawal is credited back there instead of to the bank account. I have had an issue with the first card I deposited with as they said they were not able to send me back money to this card and I had to opt for a bank transfer...
