I cannot commend Alvaro highly enough. A broken window was quickly viewed, an accurate and very reasonable quote given, the double glazed pane manufactured with diligence and speed and the new pane fitted as soon as available. At every stage we received e mails to confirm the current position and keep us informed of progress. I would not hesitate to use again or recommend the brilliant and cost effective service to others.
Alvaro arrived on time, and quickly assessed the work needed and the cost was as he had advised was likely in our original conversation. Always a good thing. His work was high quality, clean and tidy. On top of this, he was a thoroughly nice man. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend, and we will definitely be using him in future for any window issues.

The repair was slightly more complex than usual due to the door’s design, which restricted access to the bottom rods without full disassembly and reassembly of the frames. We're glad you opted for a comprehensive solution that allowed us to fully restore the lock, barrel, and handle on the slave leaf.
The broken key inside the barrel was just one of those unfortunate complications, though it’s a common issue with folding doors when a key is accidentally left inserted and the door is then slid open. Drilling into these doors is always a last resort, as it risks scratches or worse — so we were pleased to resolve it cleanly and share some preventative tips to help avoid it happening again.

The whole process from initial contact, free quotation with a good price, comprehensive and timely communication and the high standard of work was excellent. We had a double glazed window on our garage door and one panel on a french door replaced as they had failed.
