After reviewing your order, I can confirm it was shipped on time from our end. Unfortunately, it seems there was an issue with the Dutch postal system during the final stages of delivery.

Arrived promptly in appropriate packaging. Everything looks well at limited inspection as its impossible to check all 10,000! If there's no surprises as I use them, they will be my primary supplier for similar products in the future.

Packaging damaged product
Unfortunately the brown envelope that the pack of bags came in was not fit for purpose. It was torn badly, due to the weight of the number of bags ordered and the glassine bags within were crumpled due to lack of protection while handled in transit. Need to package a large quantity of bags in a strong padded delivery bag and not an ordinary brown envelope to avoid damage of the product.
NB: The product itself is good however I can’t risk this happening again.

Clearly, in this instance, our packaging did not meet the high standards we set for ourselves, especially for larger orders.
Based on your feedback, we are reviewing our packaging methods to ensure that all future shipments, particularly larger quantities, are packed in stronger, more protective packaging to prevent any damage during transit.

Thank you and bags are great and the service and lady I emailed very helpful. 4 stars because some of the bags were stuck together and were a bit of a job to prize them apart but the size suited and are now ready for use.
