Ordered cello for my child at school orchestra. Received very low-quality cello, which absolutely not what we expected. Emailed them in a week, child took to school and teacher return it back to us with the same statement that this cello is low-quality and our child wouldn't be able to play on this instrument. Emailed to customer support for the label, they refused to send us label and were rude in their responses. Absolutely terrible experience with this online store. Highly recommended: Please stay away from this scam store.

Received guitar from their website opened. It started turning knobs, very loud like sand. Plug it in static high E string first fret doesn't work.

Being sold out could indicate business is going well, at the same time, might indicate they have not scaled it properly yet. Least to do is to anser to potential customers. Otherwise , it's not better than anything produced in China at low cost. Which is going to be my solution in the end for a first piano. I lost sale is a lost sale ...
Avoid avoid avoid
Bought a digital piano (£200) as a Christmas gift for my 13 year old autistic son. When opened on Christmas Day it was faulty and incomplete — two right-hand side panels, no left-hand panel, so the stand couldn’t be built, and the screen was dented. My son was distraught.
Customer service said they didn’t have the correct parts and suggested I drill and modify the piano parts myself, offering increasing partial refunds instead of fixing the problem. They later agreed to a full return and refund, then went back on this and offered only 80% but said I could keep the faulty and incomplete piano. Gee thanks!
They eventually agreed to refund in full after many emails. I wish I had read the trustpilot reviews before deciding to purchase as I would have saved myself this entire stressful experience. Never trust a company where the only means of contact is one email address!

I would leave this company zero stars if I could, the communication is very poor.
I bought a keyboard and stand for £99 using PayPal. Something I've used probably for well over 15 years. The convenience of not having to add card details or the address is appealing and not once have I had an issue with the address.
I used PayPal for this purchase. Glarry left the street name off the parcel. The house number and postcode was on it so you could argue that it should have got here. That is id they used Royal Mail but no, they used Evri which we know is useless. So I chase up Evri, get my address completed and then Evri come back with they've lost the parcel and to contact Glarry.
I explain to Glarry I've given address and the parcel is lost, they came back with I just needed to fix the address. Frustrating as I'd told them I had and Evri lost it. They came back again about the address, I had to explain again that it was lost to which they asked me to be a bit more patient and wait but not to worry they'd take full responsibility of the parcel if it doesn't show. So when I contacted them again (this is now a month after I ordered) and the waiting for a reply, they tell me they're only going to give me £85 as the address was wrong. Their fault for not taking it properly from PayPal. I'm fuming. We're 2 weeks from Christmas and I've now to find another keyboard as it's a Santa present and I'm still out of pocket £99.
Also Evri have lost a present for my other child and I'm trying to chase that up.

Electric piano
Bought a cheap (£99) electric piano for my kid who started piano lessons. Delivery was a bit slow (6 days) but the piano is fine. Doesn't sound like a Steinway but perfectly suitable for a young learner.
Quite disappointed
I bought a violin kit (case, rosin, tuner, the likes) from Glarry. I was excited to get back to playing. The sound post was shaking around and not in place, I contacted them, they could not do anything about it. On further inspection of said violin, it looks illy refurbished. Part of the back has obviously been replaced as there is none of the original wood/staining. The string frets look scratched out, tuning pegs look quickly drilled. I am quite disappointed.

I don’t know why people have had such a bad experience, I was contacted from start to finish with regular tracking updates. My bass was delivered within 3 working days in excellent condition, it’s a great bit of kit for beginners.
I purchased a GDP-105 digital piano that did not work
I purchased a GDP-105 digital piano from Glarry in July 2025... that did not work. After some polite discussion they said they'd send a new motherboard from mainland China. After 2 weeks the motherboard arrived but Glarry customer service went silent. I opened up the piano to replace the motherboard and found 2 unconnected cables. One ribbon cable was unterminated! I got no further support from Glarry. Not sure what could be done with the unconnected cables because there was no matching receptacle on the motherboard (sheesh!). Will pursue legal route for a refund

Should have read the Amazon reviews before I purchased direct from Glarry. Money taken, item not delivered. I chased Glarry who blamed Evri. I chased Evri who couldn’t be bothered to deliver item and sent it back to Glarry. All Glarry offered was a refund - I thought they might want the business and arrange for replacement item to be delivered but no , why bother. So refund received, will never purchase through Glarry again and an alternative item found with another supplier who wants our business 🥳
Not worth the money!
My husband bought me a piano for Xmas as I wanted to learn with my son. After just month, there was an issue with the connection. We bought from a third party on eBay who have failed to respond to communication so I contacted Glarry directly who won’t help despite being the manufacturer. They won’t even sell me a spare part! Nowhere to turn and over £200 lost!
Literally could not be worse
I'm almost certain that every detail about their violins is 100% bullshit. "Aged maple" "fine crafted" among others. Nothing about the wood on any of this is finely crafted. The holes in the tuning pegs were forced through and cracked on the exit. The pegs themselves are actually mis-shapen. They do not hold tune. The fine tuners are actually broken. Opening the case I discovered wood shavings and dust, and even some noticeable mill marks on part of the body. Poorly painted lines around the body, the F holes are cheaply sawed out (but sanded really well to compensate for shotty craftsmanship), unwanted glue at every joint and seam, dents and scratches on the back, unwanted saw marks on the fret board, and what's supposed to be artificial wear to simulate the yellowed look of a used violin simply looks like someone did a piss poor job of staining, used 120 grit sandpaper to reveal the yellowed wood under the stain. There is NO way in hell that anything except for the chin rest and MAYBE the tuning pegs are maple, because it is so clearly pine that even Helen Keller could tell. The only quality aspects are the strings, the extra set given to you, the bow (but the actual horsehair is crap) and the rosin. The case is shockingly nice, I will say that, but everything else is screaming at me mass manufactured garbage. Even for under $100 I could go to a yard sale or a pawn shop and get a violin 10x the quality. This is an insult to the instrument and the men and women who make them, and everyone involved should be ashamed that they're delivering such slop.

Glarry music ask customers to pay for the return postage even is poor quality. Very frustrating experience and very disappointing as well. Can’t use it at all due to the poor quality.Never on the tune. This company needs sorting out.

Just been scammed out of £220 for a piano which they delivered faulty and there is no way to contact them, no phone number, just an email address they ignore. Don't respond on social media either.

I purchased a bass guitar from Glarry
I purchased a bass guitar from Glarry, the GMB 102. One of the tuners is locked up and the nut to tighten it in the headstock is stripped, so it can't be tightened. Once tuned, every note past the third fret is sharp, almost 1/2 step sharp at the 12th fret. Being an acoustic instrument it would be a major undertaking to correct. I notified Glarry and they responded asking me to provide videos of the problems. I'll just keep the guitar, but it will be the last thing I ever buy from them again. Their return policy is a joke.
