My first order of Glamorise bras went missing -- through no fault of Glamorise -- at the Indianapolis post office, which is apparently where packages go to die. But Glamorise worked cheerfully, respectfully, and responsibly with me to send a replacement order, which arrived today (not through Indianapolis!) and I'm very happy with the bras. Good product, good customer service. Can't ask for more!

I was a bit wary when i realised the company aren’t located in the UK, as Ive had bad experiences with sellers not fulfilling the promises in their policies.
However, my experience with Glamorise has been seamless; didnt have to wait too long for delivery and their free return process is exactly as described!

I had ordered bras from Glamorise before with no problem. This time, my bras got hung up somewhere in the delivery after they left the store. When I inquired about this after some time, Glamorise told me that they would replace the missing bras right away. I am happy to say that their Customer Service was right on top of this.

Glamorise has become one of my favorite companies to purchase items. Their free shipping and returns makes buying so easy. And their customer service is the best!! They offer suggestions and guidance and will do their very best to make sure you’re a happy customer.

I started to use front closure Glamorize bras when I broke my humerus bone. I exclusively use Glamorise products because of their quality and comfort. I am larger busted and use underwires and more recently purchased the more supportive back product - I really like.

I think your glamorized bras are fantastic. I’ve been looking for years for a cross your heart bra.

I used to use another brand and they discontinued the bra. So I was in limbo for years until I came across glamorize.

I just love it. They’re comfortable and they hold up my girls really good and it has the cross your heart style that I like.

I made the switch to Glamorise after a friend and my sister both recommended the brand. Plus, recently I've had some shoulder issues: A front-close bra has been the solution.
Each Glamorise bra has lovely detail, whether it's the Posture Back, the cotton version, the stretch lace, the t-back, or the smoothing bra. And I should know--I own múltiples of each of them.
Recently I've had reason to speak to the. customer service department. I was blown away by how quickly they responded, how thoroughly they answered my questions, and how friendly and helpful they were. They simply are awesome!

I just had the best experience with Michelle in customer support. I love the cotton front close bra but it only comes in three colors. I wrote a message asking if it was possible for that style to be made in more colors because it is my favorite. The response i received was so warm and personal that I will be a customer for life.

Bought 3 bras, all the same size, one fit perfectly, the other 2 didn’t. Sent 2 back. No refund and the one that fit has elastic coming out of the cup fabric after only 8 washes……

They have my size without wires and are comfortable which is why I wear them. Love them! The service was great and delivery fast.

This company excel in customer service. Although I am a bit on the big side, they have gone to lengths to help me resolve my choices.
The material is super soft and well worth the money.
You will not regret trying them.

I am large busted and thought I’d try their minimizer bra. I got my usual size, but it was too small in the cup, but I liked it, so I bought another bra one cup larger. It fits great! I love it, gives me a lot of support with no underwire and does make me look less busty. Checked to see if I could exchange the first bra I bought that was too small. They don’t do exchanges, but you can make a return within 40 days. Was a very easy process. Going to buy a couple more in different colors. Great bra, great price, great customer service!

Awful company to order from!!
I have no issues with the products, as I have ordered many from a 3rd party, but on this occasion I had ordered directly.
Order was placed on 3rd August, which as I had ordered from a uk company, I was told it would take up to 5 working days, not an issue as I was going away on the 20th August.
Chased up where my delivery was, and I was told I had ordered from the USA site, when I challenged this, as I made sure it was a uk site and paid in pounds, I was told it was a uk site and it was now showing shipped, week later still waiting, I was told that because it was a larger size it was ordered from USA!! Still plenty of time for it to come for my holiday, I kept asking where my delivery was, and was told it would be delivered while I was away, I asked if this could be cancelled as I would not be there to receive the package, I was then told I had to deal with it on my return.
Emails sent back and forward, only to receive another email today, to say that the item could no longer be delivered!!
Leaving me to go on holiday without packing my favourite bra.
As I previously stated, no issues with the product but awful customer service from this company so I would not recommend to anyone!
Also poor to offer a 20% off voucher for my next order!

I have worn Glamorise bras for years now. I love the support and quality of their bras! There are many choices of styles and colors. I wear the sport, minimizer bra and love it! So supportive and comfortable. Customer service is always there for you and they seem to want to help you in any way they can.

I recently ordered several front-close bras (which I'd never tried before), and found them not to my liking. Glamorize customer service couldn't have been better! I had selected this brand in the first place because their written policy is to accept returns without question, and to give full refunds. And that is exactly what they did. Their response to my request for a return/refund was both prompt and very kind!! I will certainly return at some point to purchase my next bras (which will be the more traditional back-closure variety!).

I appreciate how Glamorise finally stood behind their product. It took contacting Customer Service via two different avenues (online chat & then by phone call), but Glamorise replaced the bra I had bought at Kohl's with what I feel was a manufacturer's defect. Being a larger size, I found Glamorise a bra brand that fits well with adequate support without an underwire! The higher cost is worth their quality. I believe a sign of a great company is how they make things right when things go wrong. I have been a very pleased customer for about 10 years.

There was a problem with delivery of my order I contacted Glamorise and received an immediate reply with answers to all my queries I have yet to fully resolve the issue as the company who reported my parcel as undeliverable due to 3 unsuccessful attempts has yet to actually return it but customer services have kept me updated on the current status of things since our first communication I have every confidence that things will be resolved fully !
