After looking at alternative booking systems due to costs I decided to trial glamly. I have now upgraded to the full system. It’s very easy to use, has everything I could possibly need and is more cost effective than other systems on the market.
The thing that sold me the most is the customer service from Chris and Sally. They have been so helpful with any questions I have had.

I am still currently on my free trail with Glamly, however i cannot recommend them enough!
From double booking clients, dealing with no shows and empty appointments spaces to seamless easy bookings!
Glamly got me fully booked within 4 days of my availability being posted, they make it so so easy for the client!
You can take deposits, have the clients card saved on file to get any fees not paid, you can send reminders when and where you would like.
Not to mention the customer service is absolutely amazing, honestly ask away the team do such a great job at making sure everything makes sense.

Im just having a free trial with Glamly and so far in really happy with it. Customer service is bang on and the lady is very helpful. I do already have a booking system, but Glamly can do everything my current one can, but as Glamly is local to me, I am happy to support local businesses

I’ve recently started using Glamly I’m transitioning from being a mobile nail tech to getting my own salon. I did lots of research on the best booking websites and decided to trust Glamly. I have nothing but good things to say about them. I’ve been in contact about a lot of things as I’ve never used a booking system before and they’ve been extremely helpful and supportive. They answer quickly and the service is exceptional - would recommend to any service providers who are using apps that don’t work for you as glamly makes sure the website fits you and your business
