Awful experience with this company
Awful experience with this company. Products arrived damaged, and Glambeauty refuse to replace them. They claim they were not damaged when photo evidence clearly proves they are. Blatant lies. Do not recommend!

We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience.
To clarify, the only item found to be damaged during transit was the Active Plump bottle, and a replacement was sent for this product. After reviewing the photographs provided on multiple occasions, we were unable to identify any damage to the Active Glow or Active Smooth bottles, nor any visible residue affecting their usability.
When you later advised that you were unhappy with the condition of these items for gifting purposes, we confirmed our findings based on the evidence supplied. As the products were not deemed damaged, they did not qualify for replacement under our damaged goods policy.
We appreciate your feedback and are sorry that we were unable to reach a resolution that met your expectations.

This did not convince me it takes no time to up date a web picture and discrimination .

Good service but could be better!
I purchased two hand creams from this company. The price was good and the creams arrived safely and well packaged in good time by Royal Mail. The only issue was that the free gifts advertised with the creams were not enclosed. My emailed query about this was answered promptly but apparently the free gifts were an old promotion and there weren’t any left. Glambeauty offered me 10% off a future purchase which I thought was a bit off to be honest. Eventually they agreed to giving me a 10% refund for the hand creams I had already purchased. However I ended up feeling a little peeved by having to fight for what I thought was a fair compromise which is why I’ve dropped from giving them a 5 star review to a 4.
