It appears that this comment may not be based on a genuine customer experience. We have no record of any order matching your claim, and we do not ship to Pakistan. Therefore, we are unable to understand how you could have received a product or service from us.
If you are a legitimate customer, please provide your order number or proof of purchase so we can investigate the matter. Otherwise, making unverified claims can unfairly harm our business and mislead potential customers.
I am furious and completely disgusted…
I am furious and completely disgusted by the way Glam Moda has handled my order.
They told me that my order was cancelled because the item was supposedly out of stock, yet the exact same item is still showing as available on their website. To make matters worse, my order has not even been marked as cancelled. It is still sitting in my account with the status “awaiting tracking number,” which makes their explanation look completely unreliable.
They also told me that I would be refunded, but no refund has arrived and nothing appears to have been processed. I have now been forced to open a dispute with my credit card company just to try to get my own money back.
The entire situation has been misleading, unprofessional and incredibly frustrating. Their communication has been contradictory, their order status has not been updated, and their promised refund has not been issued.
Based on my experience, Glam Moda has shown zero reliability and zero respect for the customer. I would strongly advise people to avoid this company.

You filed a chargeback with your bank, and we accepted it. Once a chargeback is accepted, the disputed amount is automatically deducted from our account and returned through the chargeback process. This is different from a standard refund, so you should not expect to receive a refund confirmation email from us.
Please note that after a chargeback is processed, it may take approximately 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.
If you do not receive the amount within that timeframe, we kindly ask you to contact your bank directly, as they are responsible for completing the chargeback transaction and crediting the funds to your account.

Order Didn’t Arrive
I bought from the website, did not receive the shipping number or anything. Kept sending them emails, they replied ONCE saying my order will arrive in a week, it’s now been an month and still no tracking number and order didn’t arrive. There phone number doesn’t work and they haven’t replied to any of emails, shocked at the high rating on here when they have the worst customer service

I would strongly warn others about my experience with Glamoda. They still haven't refunded my €250 even though the returned item was already delivered back to them weeks ago. Customer support has been unhelpful and keeps delaying the issue. In my opinion, this is a very unprofessional way to treat customers.

Your order was shipped promptly and you were provided with a tracking number. The shipping carrier also reached out to you directly, and you confirmed you would collect the package. Unfortunately, it remained uncollected for 80 days before being returned.
Despite this, we went above and beyond by covering the shipping cost a second time and resending your order this week only to have the delivery refused again.
A refund under these circumstances falls outside our policy, and we explained this to you in detail. We also noted that you indicated you would post negatively about us if we didn't comply we believe our customers deserve to see the full context.
We always strive to treat our customers fairly and have made every effort to get your order to you. We remain open to resolving this properly, please reach out via DM or our customer support email.

Despite the difficult situation in the GCC recently, I want to share a very positive experience with Glam Moda.
Many online stores unfortunately cancelled my orders due to the situation, and others kept my orders pending for more than a month without delivery. I tried several platforms hoping someone could actually ship the items.
Glam Moda was the only company that managed to deliver my order successfully. The delivery arrived even while the region was facing disruptions, which honestly exceeded my expectations.
What impressed me most was their reliability and commitment to customers. While others simply cancelled or delayed indefinitely, Glam Moda clearly made the effort to fulfill the order and keep their service running.

This place is a scam
This place is a scam. I have placed an order that I never received after being extremely patient and waiting 30 days.
The customer support on Whatsapp and Email keeps replying the same reply: Wait and once we have tracking we will send it to you. Same reply for 20 days straight. Then I asked for the shipping company so I can contact them personally and they replied with the same reply. Now I am asking for a refund which is my right after waiting 30 days but they do not respond.
This shop is a scam, stay away.
