After spending more than €15,000 with Gjirafa over the last year, we returned a product worth €80 because it was defective and no longer working. Instead of repairing it or replacing it, they refused to help and only offered a €10 discount on the purchase of a new one, simply because the warranty had expired by a little over two weeks.

We found this response extremely disappointing, especially considering the amount of business we have given them over the years. This is not how long-term partnerships with local companies should be treated.

We were genuinely offended by how this situation was handled, and unfortunately, we have decided that we will not be purchasing from Gjirafa again.

They advertise “24H shipping” on some products, yet it’s been 5 days and my order still hasn’t arrived. Honestly a complete joke of a company. I’d strongly recommend avoiding them.

Their live chat support is also useless , they just keep saying “we’re tracking your order” and “the courier should arrive soon,” but nothing actually gets resolved. Very disappointing experience with this "company".

I had a terrible experience with Gjirafa50 and I strongly recommend others avoid ordering a custom PC from them.

When I placed my order, the product clearly showed a “24h delivery” badge. That turned out to be completely misleading the PC actually arrived almost 3 weeks later.

After ordering (I chose cash on delivery), I heard absolutely nothing from them for a full week. No updates, no confirmation, no status. I tried everything to reach them I sent messages, called them, and emailed multiple times and got no response.

The build itself took around two weeks, and even then, the final result was unacceptable. The components are poorly matched and clearly not chosen properly, which means I’m not getting the performance I paid for.

Before ordering, I checked the expected performance for similar components, and based on that I should be getting much better results. Instead, I’m seeing around 100–150 FPS less in games, which clearly points to poor component pairing or bottlenecks in the system.

On top of that, the pricing feels very misleading. The PC was presented as being heavily discounted (around 30% off), but when you actually look at the component prices, they appear inflated. For example, I was shown a price of around €425 for an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 and then a large “discount” applied, which doesn’t reflect realistic market pricing.

Even the receipt provided is poorly detailed and doesn’t give a clear or transparent breakdown of what you’re actually paying for.

What’s the point of ordering a custom PC if the parts don’t even work well together?

Between misleading delivery promises, zero communication, long delays, questionable pricing, and a badly assembled system, this has been a completely frustrating experience from start to finish.

Save yourself the time, money, and stress and look elsewhere.

My first order with them, I made a mistake, and ordered the wrong monitor (VA panel instead of IPS), and contacted support to see if there's an option to change it. I admitted it was my fault, and the received product is good, but not what I wanted to buy. I sent it back, they inspected the condition, and I was offered money back OR to use that amount as credit in the store. I used it as a credit, and added couple extra to buy an even better monitor. I thought I lost those hundreds $ in a wrong product. Since that day, Since 2019, I have 55 finished orders with them, total of 7671.90 euros, almost half of which are for my personal use (others are things my relatives bought, through my account).

They offer payments with installments, up to 24 installments with no extra interest, which is absolutely amazing.

They have 24/7 chat support, which I always use, either to explain things I don't know, or to clarify if something is not mentioned.

Some products ship within 24 hours, they are clearly mentioned. Others have their ESTIMATED dates (in my experience, 9 out of 10 orders came the same day or before the estimated date. Rarely did I have a 1-2 day delay, which is perfectly normal). I don't know why people complain about wait times, I guess they don't read what's on the page.

It has a wide range of products, and is most of the times the cheapest option available. Even when it isn't, I prefer to spend 3-5% more and have my peace of mind, pay in installments, and know I am safe if something is not right with the product (remind you, they are not the manufacturer, just a store).

I only had ONE "problem" with a single order, it was a prebuilt-PC. and there was a global shortage of 9800x3d AMD processors (not in their control). After I paid for the order, I was asked to wait for around a month, I decided not to (I needed my PC), and I got the refund within 48 hours.

Overall, I highly recommend gjirafa50 for their wide selection, excellent support, and flexible payment options.

Saw an daily offer, ordered it and many more stuff w almost at 2k final prize. Id call this a mid-to high individual order and would be more careful w at least sending this delivery w time. Ordered it in 8th of October and it said to be delivered until 23/24 October, which It's a long time to begin with but I was okay w the idea that would be the final deadline. Now its 3d of November not only did I call twice which they said the FINAL TIME that the order would come would be Saturday (1st of November), and then I called that Saturday, a girl said the order was w the post office and it should come Monday, now its Monday, I just got off the phone w them and they said they have not even started building the PC yet and the best they could do is give a 20eur discount in the next Gjirafa50 purchase. They got me this time, dont ever order here if u are expecting an order to come in time, order only if ur ready to wait 1 MONTH more for your order.

I saw a review saying if there was a -100 star I would give that to them, not even worthy for 1 star review, shame.

They make you wait at least 7-9 days never seen this in albania even the most busy stores deliver in max 2 days and the worst is you wait 9 days and the delivery is paid 😡 you are paying to wait 9 days

I ordered a cologne on 10-11 july and it said to arrive at 14-15 july and yesterday was the date 15 july they said we will bring it tomorrow at 10pm so they lied about the order two times

The worst company that i have encountered in my life. The worst experience with online shopping ever. 1 is a small number to describe. Supposed to be -100 rating. Order 3 things wait for one month and i didn't receive the products. There is 2 numbers on the site but they dont answer. And dont care at all about anything. My advice never, never, never by from this disgusting company!

I had an awful experience with Gjirafa50.al. I placed an order, but the products never arrived, even after waiting weeks. Despite reaching out to customer support multiple times, I received no clear answers or updates. It felt like they had no interest in resolving the issue or even acknowledging their mistake.

This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and I strongly advise against shopping here. If you value reliability and good customer service, look elsewhere.

I ordered 20 products from Gjirafa50, and they were perfect! This is hands down the best tech store in the Balkans. From the wide selection to flawless products, Gjirafa50 has won me over. Highly recommend!
