Great alternative to physical collection
The idea for doing collections online is a great alternative to physical collections, especially when a workplace spans multiple buildings.
There was a good choice of options for gift cards and also having the option for the recipient to withdraw straight into their bank account was brilliant.

Great experience
The leaving card was easy to read and transferring the money to a bank was done in a couple of hours. It was a good experience.

I used givetastic for work collections…
I used givetastic for work collections . Reasonably easy to use . It would be helpful for it to be more clear about the bank transfer charges up front . Overall it would be nice for any charges or fees to be more readily visable . It would also be nice for more card options including more inclusive pictures (and easier to find ) . Will probably use again .

I'm really glad to hear you found Givetastic easy to use and that you would consider using it again.
We appreciate your comments about charges being more visible. The only platform fee is the 4.5% bank transfer fee, which is shown during the setup process.
Around half of our users spend their collection on gift cards, which have no additional fees — meaning Givetastic is completely free to use in those cases.
That said, feedback like yours is really helpful and we'll keep looking at ways to make charges and fees even clearer throughout the journey.
Thank you as well for your suggestion about card designs and more inclusive images — this is actually in the works already, so keep an eye out for new designs in the coming months.
