Thank you for the great review!
We're delighted to hear you're happy with the fit and, most importantly, the comfort of the undershorts. We designed them specifically as a more comfortable alternative to traditional mesh, so it's fantastic to hear they're the most comfortable swim shorts you've worn!
Thanks for choosing Giovici and we hope you enjoy wearing them!

Game changer
Bought two pairs for my holiday and these swimshorts are just brilliant. I’ll be throwing my old mesh shorts away when I get home and I’m going to buy another pair for my son. They are soooo comfortable!

Thank you so much for your fantastic review!
We're delighted to hear you're loving your swim shorts and that they've been such a game changer. It's great to know the comfort of our soft inner lining has won you over – that's exactly why we designed them!
We hope you enjoy the rest of your holiday, and we're thrilled to hear you're planning to get a pair for your son too. Thank you for choosing Giovici and for your support!
Pack of 3 pants
Ordered 4 packs of 3 at a cost of £52 something or other husband was happy with colours and fit they were lovely and soft and delivery was fast however out of the 12 pants he received 4 have ripped on the seam when the 1st one went i contacted the company and added a photo with my email showing the issue the company very politely apologised and sent a whole pack of 3 pants which I thought was very respectable to us as a customer however then another 3 ripped in the same place as a company I'd highly recommend them for customer care but the quality of the item as for ripping along the seems is disappointing the colours the fit the comfort is all there so not sure what has happened to 4 out of 12 of them 🤔

Thank you so much for your detailed review and for recognising our customer service – we really appreciate it.
We're very sorry to hear that you've experienced this issue with multiple pairs. This certainly isn't the standard we expect from our products. While it's great to hear your husband was happy with the fit, comfort, colours and fast delivery, we completely understand how disappointing it is to have several pairs develop the same fault.
We'll be investigating this further with our production team, as feedback like yours is invaluable in helping us maintain our quality standards. If you haven't already, please contact us again at help@giovici.com and we'll be more than happy to make this right for you.
Thank you again for your honest feedback and for giving us the opportunity to improve.

Good quality
Good quality. However ‘easy returns’ is not an accurate promotion. Trunks also claim to be quick drying but I did not find this to be the case.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback.
We're pleased to hear you found the swim shorts to be good quality, but we're sorry to learn that your experience didn't fully meet your expectations.
Our swim shorts are made from quick-drying fabric, although drying time can vary depending on conditions such as humidity and airflow. We're also sorry if our returns process wasn't as straightforward as expected. We always aim to make it as simple as possible, and we'd really appreciate the opportunity to understand what went wrong.
If there's anything we can help with, please get in touch with us at help@giovici.com, and our team will be happy to assist.

Good quality shorts, with possible v2 improvements
Good quality shorts,
Only feedback is about an inch too short in the short and could do with a zip up rear pocket too.
They are quite slow to dry as they are in effect "2 layers" of material.

We're sorry to hear that our underwear wasn't the right fit for you.
Our longer-leg underwear is designed to help reduce riding up, and we've helped thousands of customers find them comfortable. That said, we understand that no single style will suit everyone, as comfort and fit can vary from person to person.
We reached out to request a few more details so we could investigate and help resolve the issue, but unfortunately we haven't received a response. We'd still love the opportunity to make things right.
If you're happy to get back in touch, please email us at help@giovici.com with your order details, and our customer support team will be happy to assist.
Kind regards,
Tom
