Very low quality of dry fruits. First time was good quality, this time they’d send rubbish quality. Would not recommend at all, quality of food should checked by food inspectors.
Awful packaging damaged the contents (lots of broken and powdered rice crackers, corn and cashews). I complained via email on 21/3/26 sending detailed photos and explanation. They responded soon after and tried to blame the courier however the issue was due to a large order squeezed into an unsuitable sized box without any gaps or cushioning. Rice crackers, roasted corn, cashews etc. which should never be packed this way. I was also stunned to find that 1 kg of Turkish delight were tightly squeezed into a small take away container that was clearly nowhere near big enough. I was offered 5% discount as good will gesture after complaining. I replied rejecting the offer on 23/3/26 and proposed something more fair. I haven't heard back on this despite a followup email on 4/4/26. Awful customer service and potential breach of Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Ginco charged me £5 'Express Delivery' Friday last week, for 'next day delivery.' it is 21:31 hours on Monday 29th April.
They keep lying to me that my nuts will arrive within 2 hours, but it's a lie. I still haven't got it.
Also my previous order was of poor quality. Alot if the nuts were mushed up.
I think I'll stop being a customer if Ginco, after this poor service.

I wish I could give them less than one star. They are completely fraudulent. I spent around £85 on their poor-quality products after seeing their ad on Instagram and I deeply regret it.
I tried to contact their customer service but they were completely useless. On top of that they wanted me to pay extra just to get a refund is what they suggested..
Overall, their products are tasteless, soggy, and oily, probably the cheapest quality you could ever find. Plus, I have been having dry fruit and nuts for over 30 years..

Before this incident i had complained about the quality and packaging but Ginco didnt bother.
This time again the packets were all opened and half empty when I opened the parcel and my dry fruits were all over the box.
Complained to DPD as well.

I ordered 10kg of almonds, they arrived today and straight away I weighed the product. Not 10kg as advertised but 9.3kg. I know that’s not a massive difference but it’s the orinciple of the matter. Disappointing.

Our order was sent to an old address due to an issue with their payment system. The company acknowledged the system problem, but was unapologetic and refused to offer a refund or replacement. Admittedly, if I had checked the detail on their order acknowledgement email I would have spotted the error, so I would have accepted a compromise solution but they just ignored my emails.

Excellent quality of rococo beans and nuts. I was truly impressed. I had an issue and the customer service was prompt and helped resolving the issue. Will definitely recommend them and I look forward to buying more products from them.

Always great to do business with Ginco. The quality of their products was especially what drew me to becoming a regular customer. I used to be with Grapetree for years, but quality became an issue.
Slick ordering and processing has been second to none.

This was one of the worst food purchases I have made.
The walnuts and almonds smelled stale, and multiple pieces were infested with insects. Selling food in this condition is unacceptable and unsafe.
This shows a serious lack of hygiene and quality control.
I will not be buying from this store again.
