Poor product and poor support
Poor product and poor support. Smoke and mirrors to get a refund. Ended up with a £75 but of crap plastic.
Update : contact was made to say we are not doing anything !!! very poor of gillette please dont post updates on here saying you are doing something.
Since your emails do not allow replies and when contacted you go round and round in circles i will update here. The product is very poor quality and also expensive. It does not deliver what it is advertised to do. All social media advertising but no product to back it up. It also goes flat every week even without any usage.
