I am beyond impressed by this company. They were SO helpful when I made a last minute order of two different items. Everyone was so kind, and beyond helpful. They made sure everything I ordered was exactly right before making it, and even helped me express ship all of it to ensure it arrived on time. I cannot express how impressed I am with the quality and service provided. I am at a loss for words at how wonderful these two items are and how much they already mean to me. This company made my big day coming up, so much more magical with them!!

I purchased the Barouque Pearl Bracelets to gift to my mum and my bridesmaids the morning of my wedding. It’s not for a few months but I just know they’re going to love them. They arrived in beautiful packaging. The quality and delicacy of the bracelets are gorgeous and so feminine. I love them so much! Super impressed with the fast turn around for a printed ribbon I wanted to give my daughter for her wedding bouquet. The first time I have used this company, and SO pleased with the products. I ordered some robes for my daughter’s wedding, and had to email as some were not in stock. I got a really helpful, immediate response to my query which was sorted out straightaway - great personal customer service, very refreshing in this day and age!
The robes are beautiful quality, and arrived promptly - I would definitely buy from here again.

Customer service is absolutely amazing!! I ordered my first personalized hankie for my father just a few weeks before my wedding and Georgie shipped it right away! I got it within a couple days of ordering. I absolutely love the quality and presentation of the hankie I had to buy three more for my grandfather, brother, and future husband.My wedding is 2 weeks away and her team has been extremely helpful in ensuring that the hankies for the men in my life will come well before the big day!! I trust them completely and would buy from then again!!

10/10 customer service!! I needed a last-minute bride gift for a wedding in Barbados ASAP. I frantically messaged Gigi & Olive in hopes of getting something personalised in time to leave (which was unrealistic as it was 4 days before my flight) I reached out via Instagram and was told to email, which I did. I was replied to super quickly by Liv and I have a lovely gift for my friend within hours of our conversation. Liv was amazing and so informative with give me options to fit within my request.
