Unprofessional Company - Cancelled Order and increased price twice in 2 days
Ordered an IPhone 16 on Sunday got asked for verification documents which were provided, then told there was a pricing error so would cancel the order or provide different phone within budget. Tracking the price since I ordered on Sunday priced at £540 changed to £610 on Monday then changed again to £650 on Tuesday. I find this highly unprofessional and would order from a more reputable company

Your order was placed over the Bank Holiday weekend when our office was closed, and as stated in our policies, we are unable to process or dispatch orders during Bank Holidays. We responded to your query as soon as we returned to the office on Tuesday.
During verification, we identified a genuine pricing error due to a supplier update. We informed you immediately and offered an alternative device within your budget. After you expressed dissatisfaction, we processed your refund straight away upon confirmation — with no delays.
As a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience, we also provided a £30 credit. Our pricing may occasionally change based on supplier costs and availability, but this is never intended to mislead customers.
We always aim to provide fair and professional service, and given the immediate refund and compensation offered, we believe we handled the situation responsibly. Nevertheless, we appreciate your feedback and are always working to improve.

Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service. Aaron went above and beyond when it was discovered that I had accidentally ordered the same product twice. A refund was was promptly made. I was kept well-informed throughout the process of receiving my refund and order. Would definitely use this service again. 100% recommend
