While you state the matter was handled, my concern remains that no specific contractual clause was identified that explicitly allows the retention of deposited funds after accepted gameplay.
I am simply sharing my documented experience. The fact that a final decision was issued does not mean the issue was resolved from my perspective.
I am sharing my personal experience with Gigaspinz.
A payment in the amount of EUR 3,088 has been withheld. Despite multiple written attempts to contact the operator, no response has been provided.
I have submitted all requested information. The operator referred to bank account identification; however, the relevant verification procedure with my bank is currently in progress. Despite this, communication from Gigaspinz has completely stopped.
As of today, Gigaspinz is ignoring emails and has not provided any clear explanation, timeline, or resolution regarding the withheld funds.
This review reflects my own factual experience as a customer.
