I wanted 4 x General Grabber AT3 tyres (235/60/18) - the likes of ATS wanted £160 each for them so I went online and found 'Giga Tyres' sold them for just over £120 each! - I was a bit nervous since there were a few negative reviews and the price seemed too good to be true, however, I was using a credit card and decided to take the risk. Ordered on a Tuesday 22nd Oct and the tyres were delivered to my local garage for fitting on Friday 25th Oct with no problems - I was able to track them as well. I was not able to get them any cheaper elsewhere (in fact they were a lot more expensive from my local ATS depot and the service there was not great) - the price also included delivery - I speak as I find and would use Giga Tyres again. All the tyres were clearly brand new original Grabbers and not 'old stock' as reported by some other reviews. Don't be put off by some of the reviews - they seem to sell a lot of stock so clearly there are going to be some issues from time to time, use a credit card and you should be protected if anything goes wrong. I hope this review helps you make a decision.

Ordered Two Maxxis Spears Tyres from them on the 19th October and still waiting to receive! Can’t get any satisfactory answer from them when I will receive despite numerous phone calls to there customer service number. Just seem to get fobbed off! They never update you and you always have to phone them. I wait with anticipation I will receive these tyres but not holding my breath! Good prices if you receive goods but poor customer service!

To be fair, the tyres are good and well priced. What lets this company down is their inability to put the full address on the parcel!
I have used these twice now. The first time the house number had been inserted partway through the address, so on first glance it appeared to not have one.
It was only by chance I saw the driver get them out of the van and throw them back in again!
The second time they managed to put the house number on, but forgot the last two digits of the postcode!
Parcel driver said it was only by chance that he found me!
I shouldn't have wasted my time trying to explain the problem to them as they just dont understand or care!

I had read the reviews before purchasing and decided that despite a few bad ones the majority were very good to excellent and so placed my order.

The service was first class. I had a confirmation of order email within minutes and was kept up todate with progress with notification it had been shipped and anticipated delivery time. My credit card was only charged once the order was despatched. Including a weekend my delivery came in 5 days and was a great way to get the tyres I wanted at a very good price.

Ordered three tyres which were delivered from Germany within 5 days. Great communication and delivery was tracked, I was given a two hour window. I’d certainly use giga tyres again and would recommend them. My local garage charged me £10 a tyre to fit them which was still a lot cheaper than if I’d bought them fitted anywhere locally or online.
