Save yourself, some grief they have no none workable customer service. I ordered one they shipped me the wrong one I asked for a refund or return information they said after 13 contacts not their problem that's my $41 down the drain now I have a military wallet with E3 Chevron on it when I'm an E9 CSM

I usually do not one who writes reviews, but this time I think I have to. I would give this company zero star if I could. This is the company that brags on their website that “costumer service is a number one priority” but I guess it is only to that point until they got your money. But if they own you a refund there is no customer service, no communication at all. I order ladies clutch for a wedding from them. It came month and a half later than they promised and it was way before we all experienced or even heard about supply chain issue. So, I follow all the instruction they sent to me to return this merchandise back since I had to buy another one and do not needed this clutch any longer.
It was delivered to company warehouse and I have copy of tracking number from USPS with the status “delivered”. According to company return and refund policy I suppose to receive my money back within 10 to 20 business days. It pass already 2 months since they got their merchandise back, but I have not received my money back. They don’t even have decency to respond to my multiple emails with the request on the status on my refund. I even tried their chat system that says “we reply immediately” not a “boo” in response when it comes to the customer’s refund.
I would not recommend to buy from this company. There is nothing worst than feel cheated and robbed. And this is exactly how this company makes me feel.

I ordered a evening bag six weeks ago. I contacted the seller to see when l will receive it. They never respond after spending a lot.

I love my fedora. Received many compliments on it.

It did take a while but I did receive my refund.

Initially had difficulty with shipping (possibly because all shipping was slow), but customer service responded and corrected the issue.

Super cute little tiger clutch - it's very small though - it's more of a decorative accessory because you can't put much more than a tube of lipstick in it.

I loved my purchase once it finally arrived. It was packaged well. The hat was not crushed. However, delivery took quite a while.

The hat I ordered arrived in perfect condition and was of much better quality than the super-low price would suggest. I had a mix-up (of my own creation) about the order before the hat arrived and Customer Service's response was so professional and courteous. Amazing prices, terrific product, wonderful service. Can't ask for more than that!
