Customer service is very responsive. I ordered a merino wool sweater for my husband, but the sweater we received was regular wool, according to the garment tag. We contacted customer service, and Aiden was very friendly and responsive and immediately shipped the correct item. The sweater has met all of our expectations.

The necklace was of excellent quality and at a great price. I was very pleased with how quickly it came.
