This is Worst Gift Delivery Service i Have Ever used, No Time Commitment, No Customer Support, No Follow Up, I Order Gift For Valantine Day Today But it's Night Now and Nothing Delivered.
Very Very Poor Rather Bad Service They Spoilt My Ocassion 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Took a double payment from my account. I proved to them it happened as they can also see in their system. When asked for a refund they kept delaying! Bad Customer service! My advice never buy from this website if u dont want to be ripped off! Even the delivery was not on time! nothing good about Giftoo.pk

Took my money and then told me they don’t deliver to Abottabad. And they are lying they won’t refund your money. I still haven’t gotten mine it’s been 17 days

I have placed an order on 9th on February to be delivered on 15th of February between time 4pm to 8pm but our family feast was ruined because of delay and food got delivered 2 hours past 8pm which was very disappointing. My brother-in-law family went back home also kids went to bed because of the delay. It meant to be a surprise birthday feast and everyone was invited for elder brother birthday occasion but because of mismanagement I have to contact my sister in law to chase up the matter and me being in abroad have to suffer while at work. I was in constant contact with a guy on WhatsApp help line so it can be delivered on right time but I am really shocked and disappointed because of poor service and a simple apology can't change the fact that our family occasion got ruined. Me and my family have to face embarrassment. Waste of time and money. Though food was delivered but with 2 regular pizza where as it was mentioned on the website it meant to be 2 large pizzas. Sweet love deal cake was of 2Ibs/pound but they delivered 1 pound cake which classify as false advertisement.
I would never not recommend Giftoo services to any of my friends and family. It was 1st and last time I have ever made this mistake in my life.

I ordered them with lots of expectations on a very special day. They broke all the trust and proved that they are untrained and non-professional. Above all, when they were unable to deliver the order, they were rude instead. I even was worried about my money that was above 15K. Guys, avoid them or you'll repent even for your payment. Choose some other service in the town.

Ordered mother’s day present, my mother never received it, n she was waiting for it. I felt terrible, there are much better n cheaper options available, please do yourself a favor n order from somewhere else. Thanks for ruining a mother’s day n for lying in Ramadan!
