Scam!!!!!!Do not order anything from this page. Two months ago I ordered some things for the house and they have not sent me anything. I sent to their post office and I have not even received a response. I paid with my debit card and unfortunately I lost my money.

Ordered Tampa Bay Buccaneers "Hey Dudes". They came and were ORANGE not Burgundy or even red.
I contacted them and the responded asking for pictures of the problem. I quickly sent them what they wanted.
CRICKETS...Emailed again for a status...CRICKETS..
Phone number not in service.

Ordered some Packers shoes and its saying sent to production but nothing else, been saying that for days. I tried to look up order and found all these reviews and now I know I got scamed and I even went through PayPal.

Please don't order anything from giftnest.com it's a total scam.

This company also go under the guise of Legend London. Top of the selling bar on Google FFS. Took my money, nothing then tried to take further X2 £19 for tic tok? Bank refunded and changed my card. Contacted Legend no response they they are also in on it as far as I'm concerned.

SCAM SCAM SCAM. sad to have this kind of websites. It appeared quite reliable. I have paid through PayPal and money gone in seconds. I am totally unable of reaching the seller or the department delivery store. ALL FAKE. 😔

I looked out for reviews and there wasn’t much on it. PayPal is usually a safe bet so I thought it must be ok. But I was wrong.

I realised I made mistake cancelled order same day on 24 but payment still gone! Now bank wants me to contact retailer when there is no retailer! Now I have dispute and I don’t know how will and when will I receive my money back! Honestly it was too good to be true so I was just not thinking about red flags like no address no phone number no social media etc! I hope I receive money back

I was lucky because I paid £59.99 for a Soundcore X600 speaker. I opened a dispute with PayPal and got an instant refund. I should have known better, I'm not normally so stupid as to fall for these things.

Goodness! I should have read this before falling victim to this site. I have spoken to my card provider who are going to dispute and get my money for me.

I have no order number or any notification to say I have placed an order.

Ordered a wendy house shed for £59 checked out as a guest via pay pal so now I cannot stop the transaction. The site ukdepartment store seemed legit and has trusted icons all over the site. However when I was redirected to pay it led me to giftnest.shop I had no order confirmation other than 'thank you' email. I called my bank and PayPal and there is nothing they are doing about it other than telling me to contact the website asking to cancel. I have recieved a cancellation email as I opened an account with the site so luckily I cancelled on there and it sent an automatic cancellation email. This will allow me to open a dispute with my bank but its going to take some time to recover the money by the looks of these other comments. Not good right before Christmas and makes me feel like such an idiot for not checking trust pilot first.

1 star is to generous.. I purchased the ninja air fryer for £59.99 - too good to be true (which is easy to say now)!! I had an email confirmation, and the money was taken via PayPal (it is currently under dispute) I feel like an absolute idiot. I've reported it to NCSC.gov, Citizens Advice and they also said to report with Action Fraud - which was completed. I just hope in doing so, I can try and stop this from happening to anyone else. It is so frustrating as I've also emailed 5 emails which I've linked to this "company" too - none of which I've had a response from. Checking their website information, they don't actually have a registered address, nor have they any details to request removal of details - which is a breach of GDPR. Reading the "terms of service" on their site, it is operated by "Eroitte" which when reading further into, seems to have a few of these websites, and they in turn also have bad reviews with the same scam issues. They don't actually have any reviews on their products - nor is there anywhere to review their products. This is horrendous, and I'm hoping the site will be taken down, again, as I don't want anyone else to go through the stress. Reading other reviews, I can see the PayPal payments all seem to be under different names. Scam, scam, scam!! PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!!

Scam website advertising dewalt tools for unbelievable prices.

Scam website, tried to buy a pushchair, had a confirmation page and unverified emails from a US company confirming order but original website said order was still pending and them changed to failed. No responses to emails. Thankfully not payment has gone through on my cc.

I ordered the ninga slush maker before reading the reviews on here. My money was taken, I emailed the company asking when delivery would be, I got no reply. I then questioned myself as I wondered why the unit was so cheap. That's when I came on here, my heart dropped after reading all these reviews. I then sent another email asking to cancel and still got no reply. Luckily my bank has refunded me under a dispute. I'm so grateful to my bank doing this for me this machine was going to be a Xmas present for my daughter so I can get her something else. Please be aware like another person said in one of these reviews it's it sounds too good to be true it proberly is. This is the 1st time I've been scammed and if it wasn't for all these reviews I'd proberly still be waiting for it to be delivered. I will always visit here before I purchase online.
