Account Put on Hold Over $3 Transaction – Excessive Verification and Poor Support
I had a very disappointing experience with Gift Me Crypto.
I already completed identity verification (KYC), yet my transaction was still placed on hold and I was asked again for excessive documentation including proof of address and source of funds — even though the card value involved was only around $3, which does not justify such intrusive verification requirements in my opinion.
The process has been unnecessarily complicated and frustrating for such a small transaction.
What made the situation even more concerning is that I suddenly received communication from CryptoVoucher, a completely different website/company name, despite contacting Gift Me Crypto. At first this created serious confusion and concern regarding my personal information, and only later was I told that CryptoVoucher is supposedly part of the same company. This should have been made clear from the beginning.
Customer support response times have also been slow, and the issue has taken far longer than expected to resolve while my funds remain inaccessible.
Overall:
Verification requirements feel excessive for very low-value transactions.
Communication and branding between platforms is confusing.
Support is slow and unclear.
Funds can be locked for extended periods during review.
I hope the company improves its transparency, support speed, and verification process in the future.

Scam
I bought a $40 Gift Me Card coupon from Driffle. I came here, logged in, and it deducted a lot of money. I sent the code to my friend's ETH wallet. Although it said the transaction was complete and the code was used, an error occurred on the last page of the transaction page, saying "Please contact support." I sent three emails, but still haven't received a response. The money didn't even reach my friend's crypto wallet. There's no reply. My coupon is gone. I've been scammed. Don't use this. You'll regret it.

Basically 30.96$ = 25.22$
I got 30$ gift card for 30.96$ from G2A. When I redeemed it, I got 30$-10.027%=26.991737-1.767$(withdrawal fees)=25.224328 USDC(ETH)
Overall I was charged fees of around 18.53% in total(10.027%+withdrawal fees) from the amount I actually paid for this gift card.
USDC can be withdrawn only on ETH and one more network. There are other coins apart from USDC which are available for withdrawal on this website. USDT was not available at that time for withdrawal on this website.
This website also asked for email verification, address and identity number as well while redeeming code which can be easily passed.
Wanda.exchange gift cards are cheaper with final fees standing around at 9% only for higher value gift cards. Also, they can be redeemed without KYC
Binance and Noones gift cards are also good options.

Ich habe mir für 15€ eine karte gekauft und hab sie eingegeben. Nachdem ich sie aber einlösen wollte sollte ich meine id nummer zeigen. Warum sollte ich denn meine id nummer geben wenn es sowieso verspricht anonym crypto zu kaufen ? Ich kann also nichts damit anfangen. Ich würde mich freuen wenn der support mir weiterhelfen würde. Tuhen sie jedoch nicht.
