Thanks for the feedback Sarah. Courier costs are a never-ending headache for us with huge increases this year that we haven't passed on to our customers. Unfortunately the cost of delivery is unavoidable and we choose to use reliable couriers to ensure our gifts are delivered safely and on time. We do review courier costs regularly and if we receive a reduction in costs for any reason, we do pass this on to our customers.

First time for me to purchase from Giftloft. Great customer service. I had a query and received a quick response from Karina. I was updated regularly of the status of the parcel. It was delivered 2 days before my nieces baby shower, which was better than it being late. She said the gift was beautiful and so I would definitely purchase from this family business again. 💯 satisfied. Thanks Giftloft.
Just a thought…Is it possible for you to take a photo of what the gift looks like after you have gift wrapped it to show the sender when you send confirmation? Some florists do that and it’s just a nice thought…no biggie though 😊 Could be good for marketing?

Thanks so much for your review Karen. We do take photos when requested but we can't do this on every order as we simply don't have time. The confirmation of dispatch is automated so we have to manually email the photos through. Good suggestion though!
