Easy ordering but delivery slower than expected
Ordering online was easy and quick to do. The only suggestion I would make, for future reference, is to give an estimated time or time range for delivery. My order was to go to Invercargill and I was informed that usually takes 2 business days from the date of dispatch (Wed 1 Feb) to reach Southland. It actually took a little longer than that and I started to worry the delivery wouldn't arrive by Monday 6 Feb at the latest. Yesterday, Tuesday 7 Feb, my recipient sent me a big thank you. She was very impressed with her gift and happy I had alerted her, yesterday, to keep an eye out for a parcel. It all worked out well!

Thanks for your review Caz, we would usually alert customers for pending later than expected deliveries but unfortunately with the flooding in Auckland compounded by two short weeks including Monday 6 February being a public holiday, all of the couriers are behind with all deliveries and we haven't been able to lodge queries as quickly as usual due to them working under high pressure. Rest assured if this happened in future, you would most likely be alerted.

Thanks for your review Jackie, sorry you found the payment process difficult. Sometimes when paying by Shop Pay (credit card), Shop Pay who are the payment provider remember the last shipping address you used which is usually your own address and it defaults back to that. You just need to ensure you tick 'use a different shipping address' and it should go through quite quickly :)

Attractive option but gift message needs improvement
Gifts looked great, and the store has a great range to suits a wide range of ages, occasions and needs.
Was rather disappointed that I could not enter a separate message for each hamper that was going to the same address. Would be good to have a separate message box for each hamper if multiple hampers were ordered to one address.
