Will certainly use again
Fab recovery! I placed an order but a week later no sign of the parcel through Royal Mail. I contacted gift Giant (Stuart) who was super responsive and dealt with the issue immediately. Great product, great service and great price. Thank you!

I love my bunny rabbit
I love my bunny rabbit, really big and fluffy. Worth every pound. It hoops about with its long ears and squeaky sound. I don’t need a real rabbit, this is just right.

Was looking for a particular squishy…
Was looking for a particular squishy toy that my son had broken and hunted high and low for it and managed to find it on the giftgiant website. Audrey was really easy selected that added it to my cart and then checked out with Apple Pay. I was expecting to wait for several weeks for the product to arrive, but it actually turned up really really quickly far better than my expectations. Only two days after I ordered it which was exceptional. I have no issues in ordering from Gift giant again in the future.

Good website, shame about delivery
Good website, easy to order, but no idea why you continue to use the old-fashioned Royal Mail parcels for delivery. We’re often out so ask for deliveries to by left on the step of our side door. Royal Mail emailed to ask if we had delivery instructions. We entered the above, but with little confidence. We weren’t wrong - they just repeatedly did ‘could not deliver’. Hoped to have used the items this weekend but still don’t have them. Will likely now have to make an inconvenient visit to the sorting office. Royal Mail parcels is ideal for business premises that are always staffed but shockingly poor at domestic deliveries. Have you thought of using a proper delivery company?

I’m sorry to hear you aren’t happy with royal mail as a courier. I’m not too sure what you mean by a proper delivery company. With Evri they have complaints all over the place with parcels not arriving, Yodel aren’t too good either. If we used DPD or DHL for instance they require the customer to be in too quite often and so you would have the same issue and we would have to charge more.
With Royal Mail you can log onto their website and nominate a safe place or a neighbour for deliveries which works well.
They also now give a time slot on the day of the delivery on the app too.
No matter which delivery company we use none of them are perfect but Royal Mail do seem to be the better of a bad bunch.
