The order was never delivered, and what's worse is that the person who was supposed to receive it says they were never contacted. They don't offer refunds, so it's a lost cause. I absolutely do not recommend them.

Ordered online and paid for my balloons to be delivered next day. They called and talked to me and verified delivery address. Few days later they called and said they did not deliver them due to. " we are unable to deliver Balloons in Tennesse at this time of the year. However, we can deliver Gourmet Basket at the same cost instead by tomorrow." I canceled them because the retirement party had already come and gone.

Everyone involved did a great job ! May i say , thank you for your work you all did for me. Helping me to find the right address ! Amazing , everyone i thank you 🙏❤️

Wonderful bussines. They followed up on my shipment to UVM and called me several times trying to contact my son to make sure he picked up the birthday gift I had sent him. I will definitely use them again.

I ordered 3 cakes for a birthday delivery to Egypt on December 30th. The website charged me $7.99 1-2 day delivery PER CAKE, which I was OK with when I assumed they would actually arrive. 4 days later and still no delivery or a single response from my multiple attempts contact and them via email, their contact form, and even Instagram.

My friends did not receive the gift I ordered. It was not the snowman tower. It was a different one. Of course I was very disappointed. I didn’t tell my friends that it was the wrong because I didn’t wanna ruin the whole experience. I was very dissatisfied because it was not what I ordered for them.
