Good product, not so good service.
The product is apparently lovely. My grandson who is 4, loves the balloons and bear. His name is Teddy. The delivery was not so good. The website says same day which I never trust so ordered a day ahead of time. The delivery did not happen the next day either. I wasn’t notified until almost midnight. The rescheduled delivery was dropped at the door. A day late and no one even knocked at the door. Believe me it would have been heard as they have 2 dogs. So from within Healdsburg to a location in Healdsburg same day delivery took 2 days. I am appreciative of the extra balloon however and the fact that all of them were different. The bear appears maybe it was upsized as well. Thank you for that.

I recently started dating an incredible man from France. We met in October, and he flew to Thailand, where I live, and we spent 6 amazing weeks together. Over Christmas, he bought me the Dyson Airwrap! I was absolutely shocked. He is so romantic and proved to be a great gift giver.
So, his birthday was January 6 and after the Christmas we'd spent together, I knew I had to do something, but it was too late to send anything meaningful from Thailand. So, I found giftblooms. It was pretty easy to navigate and I knew he loved champagne and chocolate so it was the perfect choice! I loved all of the amazing choices, and the wide array of price ranges for anyone's budget. The delivery was prompt and efficient and arrived ON his birthday.
He was really touched by it, and I am so happy with the service.

Bouquet
I made a complaint yesterday because I received a bouquet of flowers that didn't meet my expectations. After agreeing with the florist that I could exchange the bouquet, I received a new one today. This now corresponds to my expectations, although, to be honest, this bouquet is never worth over 100 euros.

Everything was absolutely spectacular. From the hamper alone to the beautifully packaged and high quality confectioneries within, this couldn’t have been a better pick for welcoming my fiancé into the new year!

Almost 5 stars! The colors, presentation, and same day delivery (especially on New Year's Day!) of the birthday balloon bouquet was fantastic! Based on the message I had added for the recipient, the company added a "You're the Best" balloon which was an exceptional added touch. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is there weren't as many balloons as advertised (3 instead of 6 mylar, plus the 6 regular). Even with this discrepancy, I am very pleased with the bouquet that was put together and delivered. My fiancé loved them!

Really poor customer comms infrastructure
Ordered a gift for a friend overseas on 19/Dec for delivery before Christmas.
After wondering what happened, I registered for an account and logged in on 30/Dec to find that the order was not processed.
After emailing GiftBlooms, I found out the order was "flagged as Fraud due to the incorrect billing information provided when you placed the order."
1. This implies I input my own address wrong when placing the order. I did not, I have checked and the address was correct. I used the same card daily with no issues on other websites. When logging into GiftBlooms account, it actually says the "card type is not accepted" (so the real reason is they don't accept AMEX). The reason given by them via email is a lie.
2. I was not emailed at any point. In the GiftBlooms account there is a message showing an error with the payment, but I checked out as a guest. I never got an email notifying me of this, and it was only 11 days later when I created an account that I could log in and see.
Really poor customer experience, stemming from inadequate infrastructure that can't seem to deal with guest checkouts and doesn't send out emails. At least I will have the option to confirm I'd like a full refund so I can shop elsewhere.

The order was placed for a fabulous bouquet of Smiley balloons 4 Christmas and was, and is being enjoyed by a happy 6 year old. The gift that keeps on floating! Thank you!

Ordered a bouquet for my girlfriend
Ordered a bouquet for my girlfriend and she said "I love themm yes very very pretty and fresh and the florists did a good job on putting the bouquet together". She also liked the cake pops and said they weren't dry at all and very tasty. But I found it difficult to navigate the website when trying to track the items and the cake pops got delivered in the morning without any flowers so I had to email the shop. However they quickly solved the issue and delivered the flowers as well. I also did choose the 25th as a delivery date specifically for Christmas as it was available as a date on there website, despite that they got delivered on the 25th, that's 5 whole days too early. Overall, great products and good prices. Just some other issues going on
