I had an absolutely dreadful experience

I had an absolutely dreadful experience with GIEC Global. Specifically with the Australian lawyers. From the start, communication was a disaster. I was repeatedly told “everything is fine” only for crucial documents to go missing or be handled incorrectly. They submitted wrong information on my application, botched my police check at the last possible moment, and left me scrambling just days before an important trip. For the hefty fee (around $1500), I expected professionalism, but what I got was arrogance, errors, and radio silence. The most shocking part? When I left a negative review, instead of addressing the issues, they tried to intimidate me into removing it with legal threats. In the end, my visa only got processed because I took matters into my own hands despite their involvement, not because of it. GIEC Global’s combination of high prices, poor service, and bullying tactics makes them a company I’d strongly warn others to avoid.
