After working closely around property and hospitality, we noticed that many landlords were settling for traditional rental models that often limited the true potential of their properties. At the same time, guest expectations were evolving, with travellers seeking higher quality, better located, and more thoughtfully designed stays. We created Ghost Accommodations to bridge that gap. Our aim was simple. To help property owners unlock more value from their properties through serviced accommodation, while delivering a far better experience for guests. Today, Ghost Accommodations operates as a UK-based serviced accommodation management company, specialising in short-term rental management across prime locations. We work closely with property owners to transform and optimise their properties, helping them achieve stronger, more consistent returns through a fully managed, hands-off service. Our process begins by preparing properties to meet high serviced accommodation standards, including refurbishment guidance, furnishing, and layout optimisation. Once ready, we take over full management, covering listing optimisation across platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, and our own direct booking platform, alongside dynamic pricing, guest communication, housekeeping, and ongoing maintenance to ensure high occupancy and performance. For guests, we provide premium serviced accommodation designed for comfort, convenience, and reliability. Each property is professionally prepared to a high standard, offering clean, well-presented spaces with seamless self check-in and responsive support throughout the stay. Whether travelling for business or leisure, guests can expect a smooth and enjoyable experience from start to finish. Lovely stay at this apartment with the Mrs on our getaway holiday to London. The place was clean and Gavi really made us felt welcome with fast communication aswell and full of information about touristic things to do around town. It’s in an impeccable location aswell, really easy to get to places via the tube and busses. Would stay again when I visit London.
