great delivery fast service considering its so far away great flavours and prices

Taste amazing definitely will buy again

I’ve tried about 15 flavours and they have all been great especially in the 2.0 formula the only negative thing is the cost of shipping is a bit too expensive

Where do I start with this company and the experience I had with them? As an older single, physically disabled guy who was looking for a drink option without many calories and/or sugar, I began a monthly subscription with them that I kept active for quite some time. Then, when I was unexpectedly diagnosed with a heart issue and warned to stay away from unnecessary caffeine, I decided to switch from their "energy formula" to their "hydration formula" instead, but was somewhat disappointed to find they were completely out of ANY of the hydration tubs. As a result, I reached out and placed my subscription "on hold" until the tubs of what I needed were available, a setup that worked out well for a few months. Then one day, I came across an email from them saying my "order" had been charged to my debit card and was being prepped for shipping. So, I contacted them and they were able to cancel the order, issued a refund, and was TOLD my account "hold" would be reinstated and, once again, I wouldn't receive anymore orders until I changed that. Satisfied that it was a one-time mistake, I was satisfied with their response. The very next month, I was once again charged for an order I did NOT place and, because I don't check my email as regularly as I used to, the product was actually shipped to my home which is something I wasn't aware of until it showed up in my mailbox. Once again, I reached out to say I hadn't placed ANY order nor had I changed the status of my account. I got a response apologizing for their mistake and that the refund situation would be escalated "to a human agent to handle the charge that went through". Four days later, I received yet another email that took a VERY different stance than what I had been told, saying I'd be responsible for the charge and that I'd be responsible for returning it if I wanted my money back...a business practice I'd consider more something like "hijacking" than "consumerism". While I understand that this may not sound like much to ask to some people, because I'm physically disabled AND because I've recently been made to act as a "full-time caregiver" for my elderly disabled mother after her stroke, few will comprehend just how much more difficult it is for me...nor do I feel I should be responsible for doing so. If I began a business where I just took the liberty of charging my "customers" for my products and shipped it to them, without ANY participation or actions on their part, and then I made THEM responsible for returning it should they actually want their money back, I wouldn't be in business very long and would probably be considered more of a "pitate" than anything else. So, I WILL take the initiative to return a product that, not ONLY did I NOT order, but I had specifically requested NOT be sent to me until I made some sort of change on multiple separate occasions and, quite frankly, it WILL be the very LAST product I ever purchase from them...as I informed them that they could remove the "hold" on my account that had been SO VERY effective and that they could go ahead and close my account permanently instead. I'll find an alternative that won't require my "babysitting" and constant supervision in order to be assured I won't be charged for items I never ordered or wanted to begin with. Thanks G Fuel!

Ordered an item on December 17th. Come middle of January, they still haven’t shipped it. I request a refund. They finally decide to ship my product after I requested my refund, and won’t give me my money back. F***ing joke of a company.

This review is not about the product, but about G-fuel as a company.

It's been a month and they still have not shipped my order, it's not even an oversea shipping, it's within US.
Their support was always poor and took days to answer, now it got completely replaced by an AI.
I wrote to them 3 times in total and every time an AI answers to me, swearing to call the human support, but said human support never got back to me. I wonder if they exist at all.

Such delays and non-existing customer support is honestly amazing for such a big company.

I ordered the product on December 30th and it is now 20 days later and it has not even shipped. Yet, all inquiries into the order are returned with an automated email stating it has not been 14 business days however the shipping states 5-7. I see the order has still not shipped and today is the 14th day. In the days of Amazon 20 days for shipping is basically failing.

i really enjoyed the different and interesting flavors. they customer service department help me and answer back right away. i was a little disappointed that it takes 14 days to get the order to ship out but i did appreciate them telling me right away. this makes me like to do continuous orders. kind and helpful

The shipping was a nightmare I ordered the package o the 29th of December and I waited till the 16th of January and I still didn't get it, the previous one i bought tasted like chalk.

If I could give them zero stars, that would fit better. Over two weeks waiting with no shipping info. Then their "customer service" didnt want to respond to my emails or when I messaged through Gfuel. I got a refund, still waiting on that. Lets hope it dont take another 2 weeks.. Save your money, go to GamerSupps. Better flavors and more servings per container. You literally get over 2x the amount. Wanted to give them a try, but they failed horribly. Stay Away From Gfuel. Unless you want to wait til the apocalypse to occur before getting your items.

Been buying gfuel for +8 years and orders used to be send out without any problems but it seems to have become an issue the past few orders... im not sure whats totally going on now but they seem to be more worried with rebranding then fulfilling orders or posting accurate information on the website... I bought a bogo deal November 27th didnt recieve my order till January 12th due to "complications"... Its super frustrating they wouldn't just send the part of my order that was ready instead of making me wait 7 weeks...

Genuinely the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I made a bogo order in November and STILL have items that have not shipped and STILL haven't heard a word from their customer service. When I called and calmly tried to complain and refund the expedited shipping that gfuel didn't honor, they hung up on me mid sentence. Can't complain about the product but they have TERRIBLE customer service and for that reason alone I'll never deal with them again.

The quality and amount is really good i got the DanDaDan bundle and its great just, takes a bit to get here but overall great experience.

Horrible, extremely slow shipping. Customer service that is non existent (just an AI bot that can't help and sends it to a real person who never responds). I've been buying from this company for over a decade and it's literally never improved.

I ordered it over a week ago. Still no shipping label created. I paid extra for the pre-order and in stock items to ship separately.

Been waiting for over a month and a few weeks now.

It has been over 15 days, over 10 business days since I placed my order. It has not been shipped. Customer service is a joke with nothing but canned responses. Promises of escalations when you do finally hear back with a single email from them go unfulfilled just like the order. I have never dealt with such poor fulfillment services and basically absent support services. I will never be ordering from them again and I will be warning everyone I can to stay away. If they don't ship by January 1st I'm doing a charge back. Unbelievable.

I ordered over a month ago, and it seems like many others, the order hasn't yet been fulfilled. Given that delivery to my country takes around 3 weeks as I've previously experienced, if this order was to be dispatched today, it'd still be 2 months after making the order.

I'm not sure what has happened with this company, I've ordered multiple times in the past and they were dispatched almost immediately. I've had no communication about the delay, which given my order was close to $500, I'd think they'd at least let me know what's happening.
