Amazing service from start to finish. The movers were punctual, friendly and very careful with my belongings. They worked efficiently and made my move quick and stress-free. Nothing was damaged and everything was handled professionally. Great price and great attitude. Highly recommend this company!

Not the best move
I was told that I would get 3 movers and a truck. They showed up with a trailer that wasn't big enough for all of my stuff. I had to decide to have them focus on furniture that I couldn't move in my personal vehicle. This resulted in me having to spend two days moving smaller furniture and boxes myself with my own vehicle. My quote also included floor protectors; however, it snowed the day before my move, and the floor protectors were not used, allowing snow to be tracked throughout both houses. I know floor protectors wouldn't have stopped all of it, but it would have helped a lot.
I don't blame the guys who showed up and did the move; they were simply doing their jobs. The guys were friendly and pleasant to talk with.

Based on the information you provided over the phone, we dispatched an 18 ft trailer for your move. If a second trip is ever needed, you can always let us know, and we are happy to waive the travel time.
Regarding the floor runners, our movers noted that both properties have animals (dogs). Due to this, they decided not to place floor runners, as animal hair is difficult to remove. This could also affect future customers who may have allergies.
We truly appreciate your understanding.
