The process was extremely easy. Answered a few questions, chose a background style, uploaded my logo and BAM....professional background in less than 48 hours. Already had a dozen compliments from colleagues.

I now have TWO walldrop backgrounds - one for each of my companies. The professional image portrayed in each is absolutely outstanding and routinely gets "wow" reviews by my clients and colleagues in Zoom or Teams meetings.

Got my designs the very next day and they turned out great! I requested one change, which was done for me promptly. These backgrounds will be great for when I can't be in my home office/studio. Totally worth the price.

My logo wasn't high enough resolution, but that didn't stop them. They trace outlined it and made it look great. The finished product was exactly what I was looking for. Great job, and done very quickly

The team can't seem to distinguish orange from Red. My logo has red as a central theme with no orange present. Each version I've received still has this issue.

Am on second revision with the same issue.

Not happy. Would not recommend them.

Have sent messages and emails with no response. Feel ghosted.

The ordering process was simple and the product is good value for money.
It would be useful to somehow see how you will obscure different designs when you're on a call - mine didn't work when I saw it first time. Despite this, the team revised it for me (they didn't have to!) which added to my experience.

It was a fast turn around and making changes was fairly easy.

I used Walldrop in May and October 2025. The art work is great and the Walldrop team is good to work with. Pricing is appropriate. The emails finding the art work is a little customer unfriendly. This is the only thing that needs to be improved.

I placed a standard order because I wanted a beautiful 3D option as a background for my company. They completed my order, and it was very professional looking, but I wanted the wall to be my branded blue color instead of black. The next day, they sent me the option with my branded color blue as the background wall. It was GORGEOUS! It looks so luxurious. Thank you for going above and beyond standard service!
