Purchased the Appsumo deal, and installed Get Terms on one of many sites to come. Super easy interface to navigate, and the support is quick and friendly. Alistair helped me out with the installation and a few other settings.

I use GetTerms Service since about 2 years now and I am very happy with it. Most of all I am deeply satisfied with the support service which is given from human being, NOT AI, and it is always quick, kind and very professional.

Simply the best and most affordable GDPR solutions. We have tried many apps, most want to charge by monthly views or have all kind of limits.

As a part-time nerd, I thought I could handle setting up cookie consent for my Framer website on my own. It was way more challenging than I expected. Designing the banner, installing it across every page, making sure it actually worked with Google Tag Manager. I almost hired someone to do it.

After using a number of other similar services before, this one has stood out for being much easier to use and significantly faster to set up than some of the competitors. And most importantly in my case my clients all immediately loved it and began asking to use it on all future projects going forward.

Customer support has been great, the product reliable, and the ease-of-use has left me with no complaints. Honestly I can't think of a single negative aspect of this service (unless your specific situation requires documents that they don't offer - but thankfully my needs are simple). That said, I've never had any legal actions against my sites (and I hope I never do) so I can't speak to how effective their policies are in that regard but in all other aspects the service has done nothing but impress.

I have been using GetTerms for my WordPress site (WooCommerce), and while the journey had its challenges, the destination was absolutely worth it.

I encountered a complex issue where certain third-party cookies (Facebook Pixel, etc.) were slipping through despite consent being denied. This turned out to be a deep conflict involving the WP Consent API and aggressive server-side caching.

Honesty time: The troubleshooting process took a while, and there were moments of frustration regarding communication delays. However, what matters most is how a company responds when things get difficult. Alistair from the support team didn't just give standard answers; he dug deep. He requested access, investigated the root cause involving the API timing, and didn't stop until he found the specific conflict that was bypassing the blocker.

Not only did they fix the compliance issue, but they went the extra mile to implement a specific feature request I had: the ability to handle consent *without* a forced page reload. This was a massive win for my User Experience.

If you are looking for a "set and forget" plugin, this is great. But if you run into edge cases, you can rest assured that this team actually cares about solving the problem rather than brushing you off.

GetTerms is so incredibly easy to use. As a marketer setting up funnels and sites for my clients, I create terms and conditions and privacy policies that can be used until they are reviewed by the client's attorney. For this purpose, GetTerms is perfect. These kinds of documents can be created in under five minutes as long as you know how the client runs their business. It's also something you could screenshare and do together, which would probably give the client more confidence since they would see the process.
