Wearing them with the tall ones that are very much thinner after surgery is very good it keeps your varicose veins intact especially when one is taken out as far as blood clots go I haven't had any more but I do have a baker's cyst and together it's been holding especially when we're on a plane or we're going on a ride or vacation they're awesome

Helps the feet feel better
They help me with stress on my feet, blood circulation was better, they help me while on was on my feet for long periods of time. They work well under a second paid of another sock also.
