GeTS Holidays organised a fantastic private tour for our group in August/September 2019. We chose the Golden Triangle with Mumbai itinerary and were able to get the best value by booking directly with GeTS.

Having liaised with GeTS via email in the months and weeks ahead of the tour to ensure all our queries were answered, we were greeted at Delhi airport by a representative and our driver without issue. From there we were transferred to our first hotel. We opted for 4 star hotels and overall were happy with the accommodation, although once there we would have liked to be a little more central to restaurants/shops etc outside of the hotel for evenings and free time. Our itinerary overall was pretty busy so not too much bother.

We had different guides in each city who were all welcoming and knowledgeable. The particular highlight was our driver for the golden triangle portion, Mangeram, who went out of his way to keep us happy and share his knowledge and expertise with us. His English was great which also enhanced our experienced since we spent a large amount of time in his company travelling. We felt safe with him and that he was trustworthy - especially important as an all female group.

It would have been good to spend a few more days in Mumbai and to stay somewhere central there.

Overall, I would recommend GeTS - local guides and drivers, and a tour company who kept us updated and made us feel welcome at each stage.

As with such tours we were taken to a few places for 'demonstrations' that were essentially geared towards us spending money at the vendor - I would advise you be aware of this and feel free to say no to such visits.

I highly recommend this company to put together a most memorable adventure. I just had the best experience of my life with GeTS in India. Everything about my 19 days traveling around India flowed seamlessly from city to city and I did not have to worry about anything. They planned every detail of my tour and had someone meet and assist me, at all times of the day, with airport and train station pickups and drop offs, English speaking excellent drivers and guides in every city and excellent hotel bookings. I was able to relax and be amazed by India the beautiful jewel of the orient. In addition I was contacted each day by a GeTS representative to see how things were going. I will definitely contact them to plan my next traveling adventure.

My family and i thank you a lot for making our trip the best and memorable trip in India. When touch down at airport and there is Mr Arshad waiting for us,it relieved us and that the company is legit. Actual signing of contract for the tour was made. From there i felt relieved, assured that we are in good hands now. We're welcomed a daily phone call from Miss Ritu Chaudhary who checked on us everyday and made sure our plans and our expectations were met.

All the guides in every state are best. At the Agra,Mr Jugnu is funny person and we all love him especially.
