Reliable, well-designed, and easy to use.

I researched security systems for some time before choosing GetSafe and pleased with my choice. My experience: Excellent customer service; responded immediately; friendly, no attitude; walked me through how to customize app as I am not tech savvy - very helpful. Responded to my many questions with a 'smile.' Pluses: works with both Android and iPhone (we use both in our family); able to operate system remotely; ability to customize; no contract for monitoring service - a big plus; took care of a couple of issues promptly. I also purchased camera motion detector and fob. Make sure you order batteries for optional equipment. Start up kit comes with batteries. Highly recommend.

Super easy to setup and use. Ordered the starter kit for my condo and everything works without any hiccups. Mobile app is fluid and I use it to check into my video camera each day. Will order a couple more cameras to secure the bedrooms. Great system!

This is not my first experience with a security provider but by far was the easiest. The product is easy to use and looks great. I love that I can add protection at anytime and feel like I am in the drivers seat with my security.

Installing the system is super easy and only took half an hour tops. Really nice to be able to see inside my home anytime I want, from wherever I am, and to be able to control the system from wherever I am too.

Set up was seamless, app is intuitive, costs are industry leading, and customer service is very personable (resolved with any question I had).

This is my first DIY security system and so far it's been flexible and reliable enough for my fast paced lifestyle

I didn't believe it would only take a few minutes to set up but it's true. I spent about 20 minutes from opening the box to logging into the app. I love the look of the hardware and how it discrete it feels in my home. Best part is that the app is really easy to use. I was always leaving my house stressing about if I locked my dock and it's been so awesome to not have that fear all day. I also love that my cat can hang out no problem. A great experience!

Easy to install, easy to use and very affordable

As soon as I received the GetSafe kit in the mail, I was impressed with the super cool and thoughtful packaging. It's designed like a mini briefcase and immediately orients you about the kit as you open it. Gear setup was pretty easy and the GetSafe app that controls everything is really very good. I'd recommend this product to anyone who wants an affordable do-it-yourself solution with no contract requirements. Simple awesome!

This alarm system does exactly what is says it will do: setup quickly and keep an eye on your home. I had no trouble setting it up (the website has some good installation videos), and the app was easy to figure out. I live in an apartment, so the system was perfect for me. When I move from here, I can take the sensors down and move them with my stuff.

I'm great with software and programming, but pretty much a dunce with hardware, so I was a bit nervous about helping my daughter install the GetSafe system in her college apartment.

But it could not have been easier. We followed the instructions on the Web site to install the app, plugged in the smart hub, and then placed the sensors around the apartment. The only downside? That alarm siren sent the cats into a frenzy when we tested it: they stayed under the bed for over an hour.

One thing I really like about the Web site is that every time we went there to look something up or place an order, there was an online chat person standing by if we needed help. My last online chat experience with a Web hosting company left me waiting 40 minutes for assistance, but we got our GetSafe questions answered immediately.

I highly recommend the system. She's about to graduate and will be able to pack it up and take it with her.

This is the second GetSafe system I have recently installed. For the person that never reads instructions (until he gets into trouble), this time went really super smooth.
Once the Hub and the App are installed, all one needs to is to install batteries into the other "starter kit components" (siren, door sensor, and motion detector), and place these where desired. Motion sensor and siren should indicate "tampering" but this is normal when moving an armed sensor around.
Yes - you do need to call the "Monitoring service" before doing this to let them know you are installing and testing.
Once the sensors in the starter kit are installed, then use the App to install any additional sensors/devices you may have purchased and configure the system to your needs.
There are lots of configuration options (time delays, different arm sequences, etc.) to personalize your system. One that will typically get you is the motion detector...I reset mine to arm only in the "Away" mode. It comes default armed for all secure modes (Away, Day, and Night).

Again, it is real easy to set up, the monitoring service is really quick to call, and easy to configure for personal preferences.

My husband and I have a small 2 bedroom 1 bathroom house in the city and the Getsafe Starter Kit was the perfect fit. We also purchased an additional door sensor for the door entrance of our backyard. Everything took about 10mins to install. The app works well and also connected to our Nest Thermostat. Great overall experience.

Upon installing my system and then when changing my setting I have had occasion to contact the monitoring center staff. I found them to be very product knowledgeable, helpful, considerate, friendly and caring. My experience with the monitoring staff when testing my Getsafe system is that they are very customer focused.

The system was super easy to install, the app was simple to use, and the whole purchase and set up process was straight forward. Assistance has been top notch. So far, so good. I would recommend this to a friend in a heartbeat. Great work, Get Safe folks.

Installed the system in under an hour. Really great app, and love the fact that it's professionally monitored. Staff is professional and very prompt!
