Money Wasting and Unreliable Service
A Disappointing Experience with GetOnwardTicket.com
I recently used GetOnwardTicket.com for obtaining an onward flight ticket for visa purposes, and my encounter with their service was deeply unsatisfactory.
After making the payment, I received a confirmation email promising delivery of the ticket within 24 hours. However, I was only provided with a two-hour booking, which was of no use for my travel needs. I promptly contacted their customer support, expressing my dissatisfaction and requesting either the correct ticket or a refund.
To my disappointment, GetOnwardTicket.com displayed a lack of responsiveness and failed to address my concerns in a timely manner. Despite my repeated attempts to contact them, including a refund request, they remained unresponsive.
I strongly caution against using GetOnwardTicket.com for any travel-related services due to their unreliable nature and poor customer support. It appears that they make enticing promises but do not deliver on their commitments. Additionally, the lack of effective communication and disregard for customer satisfaction is deeply concerning.
Update: I am pleased to share that GetOnwardTicket.com has issued a refund for my booking after a month. While this resolution does help alleviate some of my concerns, I still believe it is important to highlight the challenges I faced during the process.

Prompt, excellent customer service
To be honest, I had a bit of an issue when trying to book my ticket with them. This was mostly due to me doing it at the very last minute in the middle of the night. However, as soon as customer service woke up the next morning, they handled my issue promptly, and even went above and beyond what I was expecting. Fantastic customer service.

A legitimate company and would use again when needed.
We ordered flights for last-minute use, but it didn't come on time due to their office being closed. They refunded our money instantly.
Tip: if you need your ticket urgently and they cannot meet your deadline because their office is closed, send them an email before issuing the ticket for a refund.
Happy with the service despite having to change our plans.

100% Legit & reliable rent-a-ticket website. Can easily search up the confirmation # with the airline booked though to view the flight. I presented my return flight at customs when entering the country and it worked flawlessly. Highly recommend.

Very Fast Delivery! Highly Recommend!
I was at the airport and needed to prove onward travel out of Vietnam. I booked a ticket with getonwardtravel (for $12) and had a PDF emailed to me in less than 10 minutes! It worked like a charm and off I went. I will definitely utilize their service in the future! A+

38 dollars wasted
I bought a ticket and the date was wrong!!!
I bought a ticket. When I recieved the ticket I found out that the date was wrong (starting a few days earlier). The ticket was not usable because it was to apply for a schengen visa.
Stupid me I thought I was the issue and submitted the wrong dates myself. So I purchased the ticket again through another web browser and another email and guess what, the same thing happened again. 38 dollas wasted on this!!!!
