After trying many different treatment options (except anything invasive as I no longer trust the medical profession) to reduce severe morning lower back pain, I bought the NeuroMD. Like many folks, I was desperate. At 71 years old I was awakened with lower back pain EVERY day. I hope this does not sound like hype but this thing has eliminated this pain. I would encourage anyone with similar issue to give it a try. 🙂👍👍

I have sciatic pain and have been using the device for at least 9 months. Every morning while I do hair and makeup, it’s on my back. I like it. Is it magic and I’m cured? No. But I think it really helps and will continue to use every day. It feels good!

Great customer service but the shipping company they use (uni uni) takes way too long. It took over a month to receive my order.

I didn't start using it right away as I wanted to have the time to read all the instructions. So i have probably used it for5 days. So far I feel it is helping and in time expect to have good results. I see a chiropractor who uses the same treatment. I have only gotten up to #16 with NeuroMD and feel it is as strong as what I get there! Looking forward to continued improvement.

After I started using this neuro MD device and started using it consistently, and that is the key, I found great relief in my spinal stenosis. It doesn't fix everything but it doesn't hurt as bad as it used to!

I have used similar devices in the past. The device is easy to use and stays charged. I would definitely give NeuroMD a worthwhile try.

your product seems very well made and is a good value, however I dont find that the results are any better than all the other tens units on the market

I have terrible Sciatica. Neuro MD feels good and when following it with the recommended exercises I do get some relief.

I have both the foot and back NeuroMD treatments and I have found that the foot pad device needs to be charged about every third use versus the back device that gets many more uses before charging is needed.

I purchased a NeuroMD Corrective Therapy device recently. The supplied electrodes worked very well and adhered nicely for about 4 weeks. I thought I'd try to save a bit of money and purchased a similar electrode assortment from another seller only to find that they worked very well initially but stopped adhering after a week or two. So, NeuroMD offered a discount code for a Labor Day sale and I decided to get more of the original electrode pads. After I completed my order (over the holiday weekend) I noticed the discount code had not been applied and I didn't see any information on cancelling an order so I emailed their support and explained what happened. I followed up with a phone call to them on Tuesday morning and the representative resolved my problem and refunded the amount of the missing discount on my credit card immediately. I believe this to be exceptional customer service and am pleased with the outcome.

I misplaced my remote and AI brought me in touch with an agent and they make it so simple by sending you an invoice link to purchase and ship it out to you! Only took less than 3 minutes and they will ship my remote so I can continue using my neurons therapy treatment! Great service!! Highly recommend

I exchanged emails with 2 reps. "Winston" indicated a replacement charger was not available, as a stand alone product. I admitted user error and willing to purchase. Fortunately, I had purchased 2 already!(myself and husband)and was using his charger. "Eve" was the next rep and she got it done!!! It just arrived. I don't have to use it everyday but it is a game changer for relief!

I have been using neuronmd for over a year, I use it twice a day for my low back pain and sometimes upper neck. I strongly recommend, no medications needed.
I travel with it as well .

It was a holiday weekend and my back was killing me because of the flood in my basement. I was having a problem with my device and I thought no one would answer me because it was the holiday weekend. The neuromed back pain system has eliminated the ache when I hike, walk and stand. So I ordered the full body kit and one of the pads arrived damaged. Not only did neuromed replace that pad, they sent 3 additional pads with the replacement pad. Great product and great customer service.

I have been using the NeuroMD device for over 3 years. I was having extreme back pain, especially at night. My back would go into spasms every time I tried to lay down to sleep. Doctors weren't much help. I decided to try the NeuroMD device before going to bed, and it helped. I was already using a red light therapy belt to relax the back muscles, and applying the NeuroMD pad after red light therapy got me over the extreme back issues I was having. Now I have a nightly ritual that I do. One hour before bed, I put on my red light therapy belt for 30 minutes followed by 25 minutes of NeuroMD.
