After having my Mk1 Kuga battery replaced the radio asked for a code but the one I had in my folder was wrong,I went to my local Ford dealer at Somercotes and they told me that their procedure for this involved removing the dashboard which seemed odd to me.On searching for info regarding my dilemma I found how to get the radio to display its serial number and from this info this site gave me the unlock code,happy days.
Why Ford themselves do mot have this info is a bit of a headscratcher.
