Please do not use this service. I shipped my boxes with get my parcel. They have lost one full box of personal documents which are very important life documents, and getmyparcel has not been helped in investigating or searching to locate this box. I have been going back and forth with them, please beware of this organisation

So glad we used Get my parcel as advised, everything went great, set a pick up date, the van picked up my documents in Canada and it arrived 3 days later at the passport office in England. Fantastic service, excellent experience.

So pleased we chose Get My Parcel to move our possessions from Canada to the UK.
From our initial enquiry to follow up questions and touchpoints along the way, the communication was excellent and instructions were easy to follow.
We had our TOR1 completed and shipped 5 large boxes. They were picked up on the Monday around 5:15pm EST and 4 of the boxes arrived in the UK by Wednesday at 4pm, less than 48 hours later! The 5th box, an overweight item, arrived on Thursday.
Only one box had been opened as a security check and it was packed up again properly.
A check of all box contents confirmed no damages.

Must say, first off communication has been really good. Yes sometimes not been reachable on phone, but Watsapp is very active. They have been very pro active to ensure no items such as batteries are in cargo, which could create problems with the freight. All in all, a positive experience and quick turnaround time. Only feedback I would give back is to add in your guidance that even internally fitted battery items should be removed, or batteries taken out before people start packing their goods. For me I had to repack again after spending most of the night packing once already, so could have saved a lot of time and effort, if I had known upfront, about the specific details for even small toys or appliances with in built batteries. Thanks for your help and service. Overall very pleased with GetMyParcel :)

I’ve used GetMyParcel twice and both times the delivery speeds were exceptionally fast. Pick up is easy but you do need to physically hand them the documents so choose a day where you’ll be available to do so. It’s great having them come to my house to collect my parcel.
I will continue using them in the future for all important passport applications and documents.

Excellent. DHL picked my old passport up in Florida on Monday around lunchtime. Arrived in London passport office Thursday morning. Less than 3 full days. Only cost me 50 dollars too.

I used Getmyparcel to send my passport back to the UK for renewal. They were easy to use, half the price of USPS etc and it literally took Monday-Wednesday whereas other services had quoted 5 business days (not guaranteed). We had a great experience and will definitely use again! I personally have zero complaints the only thing that may be inconvenient for some is that pick up time for the parcel was midnight-5pm which is a huge window to ensure someone is home.

Hi all, had bit of issues with picking up times, but they picked up next day, on that note, from start to finish Excellent, 5 Boxes to Australia took 5 days Brilliant. I will definitely use getmyparcel again, thank you so much team.

I paid this company to send all my personal belongs to another country as I was relocating. They said it was necessary to repack my stuff. The result: a number of items missing!!! Absolutely disgusted by it! The items that arrived were poorly packaged and damaged. They definitely did not pack better than I had packed previously. I had to pay hundreds in taxes unnecessary due their incompetence and when there was a delay, I had no support whatsoever. They made several mistakes on their paperwork and I had to fix everything myself in order to recover my stuff. Do NOT trust this fake company. They do not send invoices! They do not share their company registration! You will receive emails from 3 different “companies” and always talk to a different person. It’s so shady and actually expensive. Due yourself a favour and pay a reputable company. Do lose money and your personal belongs! Do not trust them and their fake positive reviews! They use UPS, you can contact UPS yourself for the same service.

Instructions about the process were very clear and communication both on live chat and via email quickly responded to. I had several minor issues with date change/address correction and issuance of new invoices; all were resolved immediately. The suitcase was collected on time and arrived in Montreal 3 days later.
