Training was challenging, and that was a GREAT thing. All materials and resources were provided, and the trainers are well-prepared!

The 3-day training program has been challenging but rewarding. It helped me gain better skills and insights into what and how an executive assistant should be.

I am grateful for the effort that the training team has devoted to its trainees for the whole duration of the training program.

This training was honestly such a humbling and transformative experience. I appreciated how challenging it was — in the best way. It pushed me to grow, stretch my limits, and really trust my ability to learn. AI tools are next level but I know I'm still the "driver" and I've got to refine, verify and trust myself to accomplish the task.

I also want to highlight Jen, our trainer. She was warm yet firm, supportive without ever babysitting us. She guided us just enough to empower us to figure things out on our own, and that made the learning so much more meaningful.

I’m finishing this training with a stronger mindset, clearer structure, and lessons I know I’ll carry beyond this program. Amazing experience overall. GSD!

Horrendous company, no employee protection, no proper communication. Suddenly removed from the matching server WITHOUT explanation. And cant reach anyone. FVCCKING WASTE OF TIME.

This is a waste of time; do not apply with them. The interviews and clients are ridiculous. They will promise you heaven, but that's not true. If you fail an interview (when a client disregards you regardless of your experience), you're done, and they put you on the side!

Magic! Has been fantastic from the start! They are with you constantly on the onboarding process, follow up meeting, etc.
And my assistant has FAR exceeded my expectations!

Ana is an amazing trainer. I had fun, was challenged and honestly learned a lot. The feedbacks were extremely detailed and on point, which is fantastic if you really want to level up your game. 10/10.

Honestly, this was a really good experience! I liked that it wasn't just theory—the practical exercises were the most helpful part. My biggest takeaway was learning how to balance using new tools with trusting my own skills, instead of just depending on them. Some parts were challenging for sure, but those were the moments that really pushed me to grow. I finished with a much better workflow and a lot more confidence.

Had an amazing time working with Irish Colleen, who became a warm, intuitive, and proactive member of the team almost immediately from day one! She was really great at anticipating the needs of my business before I even had a chance to assign tasks. She worked independently and efficiently throughout our time together. Highly recommend.

It helps newbies like me feel more comfortable and confident as we're about to start our role.

Unfortunately a complete waste of time. After interviewing a great candidate I immediately expressed interest. I created an account, provided my card, and set a start date. We had a kick off call scheduled to start working with the assistant and my team prepared to onboard them and created a roadmap of tasks for them.

To our disappointment, a Magic team member appeared on the call and informed us that the assistant wouldn't be available to work with us as she had been placed with someone else. It was a complete waste of our time and now after nearly a month we have not heard anything from Magic.
