As of now, I would never work with them again. I had a past due balance, they filed a UCC lien, I paid my balance in full and nearly two months later they still have the UCC Lien active on my business. I reached out to a rep and her manager and was ignored by the company contracted.

To clarify, we work with a third-party collections partner to manage past due balances, but it's still our responsibility to ensure things are handled promptly and professionally — and we clearly fell short on timely communication here. We sincerely apologize for that.

Randomly with no warning hold you from drawing funds
Okay but they hold you from using your credit line from time to time. I have never missed a payment and my account is in good standing. When I plan on using my credit to pay for a project I need it, not just when you feel like I should be able to use it. Now I have to adjust our budget and come up with a new plan. At least send an email or put a note on our account giving us warning that could happen. Will close my account after I pay it down and find a real credit line that does not cost as much.

The fast funding it's great but the availability of funds after the 1st withdrawal very inconvenient. Customer must wait 3 payments in order to withdraw again from the already approved amount. No efficient in case of emergencies
