Homethings Omdömen

Very good service and prompt delivery. The non-bio laundry sheets work well, and no liquid and bottle to deal with!

Arrived quickly and not too much packaging.

Always happy to receive my delivery and fill up my bottles. This month I bought extra to share with friends as a trial for them. The washing up powder smells grand as always.

I have given five stars because of excellent customer service fantastic products and speedy delivery!
I've been using the floor cleaner and multi surface cleaner, both producing a great finish and both products have a wonderful fresh clean smell, it's great! Unfortunately, my nozzles broke on my cleaning spray bottles but after contacting customer services, the nozzles were replaced very quickly with no quibbling or questions regarding breakage, in my mind that's excellent! Delivery is quick once an order has been placed and the packaging is spot on as the box fits through the letterbox! Great funky design packaging aswell!! First class products, first class communication/customer service and first class delivery! I highly recommend this company.

I really wanted to like this brand because I’m all for reducing plastic and trying more eco-friendly options. Some of the products were good,I liked the multi-purpose spray and the sponge worked well.
But overall I was pretty disappointed. The washing up liquid dispenser didn’t work properly from the start and was too small, and the spray bottle mechanism stopped working after a few weeks. More importantly, the washing up liquid itself just wasn’t very effective, which is a big issue when you rely on it every day like I do.
I also found the capsules quite expensive for what they are. You can buy environmentally friendly products at a much better price and it lasts longer and works better, so I wouldn’t buy these again. The laundry sheets also didn’t dissolve properly on a 30 degrees wash, which kind of defeats the point.
I did send them some honest feedback and would have been happy to return the faulty items, but that wasn’t offered. The response I got mostly talked about their costs and ethos, which I understand, but it didn’t really deal with the issues I’d raised.
I like the idea behind the brand, but for me the products just didn’t perform well.

Good product. Good price. Good delivery time.

Your toilet paper is brilliant, the the colour, goes with our bathrooms
Soft like any other toilet paper. Already on my second delivery

I AM very happy with the laundry sheets, the washing up liquid and also the multi purpose spray cleaner! They all work very well and I was surprised on how clean everything feels.
I am not as happy with the toilet cleaner.. the fragrance is good, but it seems like you have to use a lot of it to make it work. Not convinced about that one, but the rest, really happy!

Order came very quickly. All good as usual. Thank you.

Great dishwasher tablet. Cleans well, glasses shiny. Thank you

The nozzle on my kitchen spray stopped working. The lovely people at Home things kindly sent me a new one free of charge, speedy delivery, no quibbling. We can continue saving the planet one beautifully scented refill at a time.

Prompt delivery of regular order of laundry sheets

Very happy with my Homethings dishwasher tablets so far. They get everything clean in my hardware area with no additional need for rinse aid or salt.

I tried their starter bundle as I want to move away from using some many chemicals in the home and I also only want cruelty free products. I have tried some other brands with regards to washing sheets but unfortunately they weren't that great, unlike Homethings. Their products really work and the washing up liquid smells divine. Also getting rid of single use plastic which is a bonus

The products have all proved to be good and the spray and washing up liquid containers are really nice

Generally great, I use laundry sheets, washing up refills and loo paper, all great.
They lose a star because the aluminium soap dispenser is awful! The spout is the worst, unlike any I've ever used, and I've abandoned using it. It shoots out horizontally, covering me several times. They're redesigning it, so I advise DON'T BUY until they've released the new version.

Love the products. Love no plastics. Arrived quickly too.
Would be handy if they were available in sainsbury’s supermarket 🙂
Thank you.

Lovely products, great price and service.
My only gripe is the number of boxes used! I ordered 3 mixed boxes of 3 cleaners. Each 3 arrived in a box. They could have all fitted in one box saving 2 of your lovely boxes….they all went straight into the recycling which seemed such a waste.

This was my second time ordering from Homethings. I love the eco friendly ethos and I also love that the products really work and aren’t too expensive. I’ll definitely be a regular customer in future!

Order and delivery great - no plastic hoorah and so far am enjoying the lovely fresh clean scent of the surface cleaner on floors and surfaces. The loo things are very good tho don't get under the rim of the loo.
