Rich is always a fountain of information and obviously does his homework before our visits and follows up with additional information afterward. He's personable, warm, and obviously smart, as he went to The Ohio State University, not that I'm biased. Rich is easy to talk with and leaves you feeling like you have known him forever. He is a tremendous asset to your company.

My health coach made a difference
I met via telephone with Rich LaFountain, I thought he was very knowledgeable not only about the medication, the labs, or nutrition but he was knowledgeable about people in general. He knew that in order to get me to talk, he was going to have to ask the right questions. Sometimes people want to talk but they just don't know how to open up with a stranger. By the time Rich and I finished talking, he wasn't a stranger. He was my coach. I am following the suggestions of my health coach and I can't believe it.
